Verecund's House of Nightmares! [Answers Revealed]

So there's been a couple of these posted, and I wanted to try creating some of my own! I'm not sure how easy they are (I think the first is easy, second and fourth are medium, and the third is hard, but who knows :P) but I will say that these are all Animal Crossing based - the first three are either villagers or special characters (both obscure and not obscure, from any game), but for the last one, you're looking for the only villager among the sea of special characters. Feel free to make some guesses! I'll probably reveal the answers sometime on Wednesday.

Well, I can confidently tell you who #1 is. Here's my answer, and it's not a guess, don't click if you don't want to ruin the surprise I guess

That's Kaitlin, who I have never seen before but after putting the pixels back in the right place she was relatively easy to find!

number 4 is such a HELLHOLE I've seen most of the special characters by now but I seriously don't see any villager

You are kidding me with #3. I did consider deer at one point but the tree thing seemed way too large for even Jingle. I was so lost, wish I had taken a closer look at the deer now. I tried pretty much everything else but there was just nothing that matched potential silhouette. I really thought we had a set of legs on the left:

Kinda looked like Sahara but at the same time not really

Anyway, I found 4 by layering special characters over the lines I could see, because after a while only the lines that I hadn't identified yet were left as visible. That's how I found Nindori's eyes and beak (and I love that you put those on Blanca's empty face, by the way)! You can clearly see those yellow circles from his eyes below:

Flick is the only one I didn't find in there, but that explains the faint leftover lines near Blanca and Nindori. Looks like you put Flick's face on top of that as well.

I hope you found it interesting to see these images! In any case, thanks for making the mirrors. They were fun puzzles.

Thanks for sharing your methods! I loved reading them and seeing the images you posted. I wasn't sure what people would try to do with #3, but I like your strategies for it! I hadn't even thought about layering Nindori over Blanca at first; I just happened to place him close to her and realized how perfect it would be if I slid him over a bit more. :P I'm glad you enjoyed them!
