Been try looking for Julian the horse, was try get rid Sterling the Falcon(or eagle), Henry the frog, Sydney the Kuala bear, Bob the cat or Cole the rabbit.

Recruit them.
Make them move out.
Posting the campsite's dweller before recruiting is a great move.
At least you won't recruit someone useless.

Well, of course you can do that. I just meant you can't go to another town's campsite and get them to move directly to your town. But yeah, anytime you see a villager like Fang you should get them to move in because you could use them to get a really good villager.
