Villagers with over and underrating swapped

Have you all noticed a thing? There are some villagers that were underrated in NL and got overrated in NH, and vice-versa.

Like...

There's Tutu. I love her and she was pretty overrated in the New Leaf age. I rarely saw her in Dream Islands.
Now there's also Marshal. Literally, he was in every single Dream Island i visited.

Now, in New Horizons, the roles of both were inverted.
I see Tutu in every dream island i visit, while it is very rare to me to see Marshal in a island.

So, is there another villager(s) you all noticed that got their fame swapped? Underrated villagers that got overrated and overrated villagers that got overrated? Please let us know in the thread replies! (^_^)/

i feel like the villagers who were popular in new leaf due to their unique designs aren’t really mentioned anymore; namely julian, drago, phoebe, etc. granted, people do still like them from what i’ve seen, but their popularity has definitely declined over the years :’^)
