Uhhh, I don't think I remember the last time I posted in this thread oops. Today was pretty good for me, especially for the last point!

• With this year's Camp TBT finally starting, I'm excited to see what fun will unfold for the many of us! Until we have to solve egg clues and people will melt their brains over it. I really hope I can get a good amount of participation even with a busy work schedule. Also, there's some good banter going on already in my crew with @/-Blue- eating all of the cookies. It's awesome getting some laughs with some other members on here.
• Despite facing some challenges at work, things went fine. We ended up closing early which was great!
• I went to a Filipino festival with my co-workers after they kept bugging me to come with them lol. We walked around, looked at some things, and talked about some stuff while also joking around. They bought a few things to eat while I on the other hand only bought one. I'll continue this point further in the spoiler as I took a few pics!

Spoiler: Some stuff

I bought taho! It's composed of silken tofu, tapioca pearls (also called sago), and sugar syrup. I haven't had these in a long time and it felt nostalgic too savouring its taste again.

This pic is a great one for me. In one of the stalls, I saw a couple of paintings featuring the Philippine Eagle aka one of my absolute favourite animals! They look amazing. I didn't get them since you have to enter a raffle to even have a chance to win those paintings.

It didn't end there as the next stall beside it had a figure of this awesome eagle! It's pretty obvious that my animal villager OC Pag-asa is based on this stunning animal, but wow this is what he would definitely look like in real life lol.

• Feel free to skip this point! BOOOOOOY, I COULDN'T BELIEVE I SAW THIS ONE CAR THAT I LEGIT ALMOST TEARED UP. And it's something that @/LadyDestani has to know! That's right, the wait is finally over for me. While it is a facelifted version, I spotted a Chevrolet Corvette C1 passing through an intersection on my way home from the festival (the white bit and taillights are what gave it away for me)! For a long time, I was hoping to see one someday and it came true. Considering that the Corvette name is 70 years old this year, I'd say this is a special occasion to spot the first generation that started it all back in 1953.

- I get to go meet up with some old friends tomorrow, I haven't seen some of them in a year or two! We just plan to walk around town while our parents are at church, and then we'll have a picnic after the service is done.
- I posted my first chapter the fanfic I got invited to co-write!
- Still super happy about camp, I can't wait for things to get into full swing! All of my crewmates that I've met so far are amazing people, and I can tell I'll enjoy spending the next few weeks with them.

☾ I got started on my space passport today and made really great progress on it! ^^ I want to include Crew 4's official name somewhere once that's decided before finishing it up, but I'm quite happy with how it's turned out so far.

Very happy today because I worked out a deal with my dad to help him with recycling all those water bottles out in the garage by crunching them up to make storing them easier. In exchange, I’ll be able to preorder Fae Farm coming out in September on the Nintendo Switch, he’s gonna buy it for me. I’ve been watching a few videos on it and it looks amazing. I’ll also be working on my Pokémon game till then too.

I got some donuts today from a really yummy place, and I was able to use a reward to get a free donut too.

My mom allowed me to take the computer she had bought herself prior to covid and working from home for my personal use since my computer decided it was time to retire, and I guess the good news about that was that I finished my finals yesterday so I didn't lose anything. I also was able to find the keycode for microsoft office because that is necessary for my schooling purposes.

➣ I lost a bunch of BR on Mario Kart 8 Deluxe over the past few days. My favorite person being gone was really getting to me and I've been distracted the past few days, so my BR suffered as a result. I'm just now gaining it back and I'm hoping to get it back to where it was by Tuesday.
➣ My favorite person sent me some scenic pictures from her vacation. I'm happy she's thinking of me and she'll return soon!
➣ Someone at my second job asked me my pronouns. Although, I am not necessarily out at work I was able to be open and honest about it.
➣ My mom brought up the fact that these Disney World trips are going to be a yearly thing and we're already discussing next year, lmao.

- It's been a fantastic weekend filled with rest and fun! I'm glad, cause I really needed it to recharge.

- The Texas Rangers beat the LA Dodgers today 8-4 to avoid the sweep, with a starting pitcher who has been struggling and some injured players to boot. Still managing to keep pace above the Astros.

- I had some delicious leftover pasta for dinner.

- I'm fired up to get back to work this week! I'm going to get so much done and go beyond.

I'm glad you asked! The Corvette I saw was in the colour red much like the image I linked to in my previous post. It truly is amazing. The fact I finally saw all eight generations makes me pretty happy, especially the one where it all began. I was hoping that it would be the pre-facelift variant but hey, a C1 is still a C1, so I'm taking it as an absolute win.

Today was pretty decent for me!

• My mother cooked some tasty food for breakfast!
• Work went fine for me again while getting the opportunity to build up more skill in removing tires from the wheel rims and installing new ones! I didn't mention this but last week I had relaxing soundtracks from the Gran Turismo series playing in the background while working which fit the mood pretty well. Some of the selections transported me back to 2012 for a bit lol. Anyways, we also ended up closing early once again which I got more time to relax at home as a result!
• I watched the 2023 Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix! Not a lot happened in all honesty aside from a handful of battles.
• I had a small nap and had a dream that I was still changing tires at work lol.
• I had an awesome chat with @/xSuperMario64x! We talked about a lot of things and somehow ended up talking about cars eventually, though it was pretty rad hearing him talk about his New Beetle convertible for a bit.
• I played Tears of the Kingdom for a little while.
• I managed to make some progress in my drawing not relating to Camp TBT. I really hope I can finish it very soon so I can put some more of my energy into the event!

♡ I started playing Miitopia again!! I love this game, but I took a hiatus from it because it only takes 30 hours to beat the main story and I was getting bored of the grindy post-game stuff. But I decided to delete my save data and start over - And I'm really enjoying it!

Spoiler: Rambling and pictures

In my first play-through, I set my own Mii as the hero and my team members as CPU Miis from Wii Sports. As much as I like these characters, I decided to branch out and change up the cast. I set one of my Mii OCs, Diana, as the hero and the first 3 party members as my redesigned lookalike and two of my online friends.

And of course it's my own Mii who makes the Mario reference here.

I also got the horse to join the party! I based her off of Epona from The Legend of Zelda, just like in my last playthrough.

♡ I finished my entry for the Pencil Passports event, and I'm really happy with how it turned out! I think it's nice and I especially love my drawing of my AC:NH rep. I also listened to some Zelda lo-fi music while I was drawing, which is always great.

♡ I got my first SCBT collectible, the Purple Crescent Moon, and I absolutely love it! I'll probably get the blue one too when I get enough Mission Tokens. (I'm also the first user to buy that collectible, so that's pretty cool, hehe.)

♡ I'm looking forward to relaxing after making this post, probably gonna play some Wii games or watch YouTube!

☾ No new One Piece episode this week, so my family and I watched a couple episodes of Hunter x Hunter this morning! We got to see SmallishBeans' newest New Life episode and a few other videos around dinnertime as well. ^^
☾ I'm almost finished with my passport for Space Camp! Also all the crew colors look great—I'm really having fun with our white color especially though ahahah Hi Crew 4 friends ily
☾ I finally got a video of this weird thing one of my cats does; he's done it since forever and I've never been able to catch him on camera until today!! Only took five years lmao
☾ I played through the alternate weekend events for the route I most recently finished in Jack Jeanne! Also tried out some of the other dialogue options, and I really enjoyed all the scene differences and little added details.

Today wasnt that bad ^^ Besides melting in the heat dome wasn't too bad-

-I got to five stars in Legend of Arceus by hunting down the beautufly, dustox, Psyduck, and finishing up Drifloom. I should probably carry on with the story, but I'll play it at my own pace lol

-I reached a new milestone in Phone Destroyer, and Im currently #66 in the world lol. I have no idea how that happened. But I ain't complaining.

-I got an Email from a company who had a look at my portfolio (My dorky portfolio) got an email asking if I was interested in working, I didnt know what it was and accedently pressed yes O-O
Got a thank you, and yeah. Will see what happens

-I got to see my friend yesterday, and we had bubble tea (Well she did, I had a Taro slushie) we had a nice conversation, and then finally finished Hitman 3 xD Its been a very long time.

Today I'm happy because:

- I saw Mortimer, the bat, last night.
- I went to bed a little earlier last night and got to sleep in this morning.
- The weather was nice for our afternoon walk and I saw some cute dogs.
- I finally watched the Jujutsu Kaisen movie, so now I can start season 2.
- I watched some more Outlander. Only 2 more episodes to go in season 6.
- My dog snuggled up next to me on the couch.
- I did some more work on my passport entry. I'm really surprised at how not terrible it is so far. Nothing compared to our amazing artists, but still pretty decent for me.
- Even though we're just getting started, it's been a lot of fun over at the Crew 4 headquarters. And despite not getting out first choice of color (rip Stitch Blue) we are owning the white!

- It's been my dad and my sister's birthdays for the past two days, I think both of them liked the presents I got them, so that's good!

I have lots of things to be happy about today hehe

★ first of all, something I'm very excited about!! yesterday I went out and got an aux extension cord, an aux splitter, and a 3.5mm-1/4" adapter, so that I can record stuff off of my keyboard directly to my computer! I've always really liked recording myself playing piano, but I used to use my phone's microphone to record, which of course sounds terrible. but now I have this and the audio quality isn't like professional studio grade stuff, but it's still pretty great! leaps ahead of where I started from, so yay!
I made a thread as well as a youtube channel to share my stuff on, I'm really excited to start sharing my random piano musings with everyone hehe

★ I've been playing Mario Party Superstars a lot lately! my friend even came over a few times so we could play together (it's been a bit of a tradition for us to play since about 2014-15 so it's always a fun time haha). next time we play we're gonna play on Horror Land, with the peepas and the floating piano and Mr. I and the whomps and Kamek's house party and KING BOO HIMSELF, so I'm pretty excited about that!

★ I know I keep talking about this but I am IN LOVEEE with the album Harbor Lights right now, I first heard it maybe a week or two ago and it's easily become one of my favorites albums of all time!

★ I'm coming up with an idea to draw Rex and Yoshi together, idk if I'll have time before I have to leave for work (since I spent all morning doing piano stuff lol oops) but maybe when I get home I'll do a sketch!

★ been having some particularly delightful chats w the broski @/Shellzilla_515 lately, I think he already mentioned how we talked about my buggy for like an hour yesterday

★ still trying to get myself in gear for this Space Camp event but I'm really excited for it, all the new collectibles are gorgeous and I can't wait to see what kind of events the staff has in store for us!

★ I've been feeling pretty great lately and I'm very grateful for that

My mom got to come home today for a visit from the hospital. She did a great job using her wheelchair and stairlift. She can stand a little bit and even transfer from wheelchair to stair lift chair. We were all really impressed considering she can barely move her right side. We all cried and then I took her to mcdonalds to eat chicken nuggets cause shes been eating hospital food all this time. She almost refused to eat fast food but I told her the chicken nuggets were celebratory
