What caused you to stop playing?

I stopped because I restarted too many times, now I've made a promise:

1) Never hack or accept items from hackers.
2) Never restart.

I got boring, But im starting to start playing again.

I think the problem for me is the DLC is just average, I really thought they would go ALL out like the Mario Kart tourneys.

Plus the game is pretty much a rehash of Wild World. I played EVERY single day for the first 8 months, but it just bores me now.

I think they needed to come up with much more creative ideas (unlike the wonderful disappearing grass).

I always felt in November an election for Mayor would be cool. And depending on who won Tortimer or an opponent they made up would dictate how the next year would play out. Like it might cause some villagers to leave right away. Or it might allow for different "visitors" to come to town more often. IDK. But I think these were things they let slip through their hands.

Also, the City is BORING!!! If the city was a "meeting" hub I think it wouldve gone over SO much better. Like right now a bunch of people could be in the city. And you could invite who you wanted to your town (without friend codes) and then you and whoever jumps on the bus and head to your town.


Oh well, we can hope if they make another it will be better.....or maybe they will make a "patch" for it.

Pretty much the same here, it just got boring. I played almost everyday up until August, then I just stopped. I play every now and then, but mainly just to play wifi. I also wish that the City was actually fun. All it really is is just the merchants from the other game in one conveniant location. It gets old. I wish they would've done alot more with this game, it had so much potential, and the DLC is just too, well, average. Step it up Nintendo.
