What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: half a sandwich (chicken bacon rancher) and a side of mac & cheese from panera
Snack: harvest cheddar sun chips
Dinner: mushroom swiss burger with side of garlic parm broccoli
 
Breakfast: Skipped
Lunch: Carrot and red lenti soup with crackers
Dinner: Rice, fried eggs, and kimchi
 
Im always curious to see what other people in different parts of the world eat for their meals!

For me today I had:
Breakfast: one of those TV box dinners because I had a busy day yesterday and couldn't meal prep for work this week...
Lunch: Chinese stuffed eggplants and lotus roots. They look like this!

Dinner: noodles with egg and tomato sauce (西红柿炒鸡蛋). I added peanut butter and chili oil (I usually have this for breakfast but didn't have time to cook before work). I also added lettuce because I like adding greens like lettuce and spinach to my noodles.

Breakfast: egg & sausage burrito and mocha iced coffee
Lunch: turkey sandwich
Snack: bananas
Dinner: salmon & veggies (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots)
 
Brunch (woke up at like 11 am): Toast, milk, and my vitamins
Snacks: Various granola bars
Dinner: Some sourdough, a salad, and some grapes
 
Its been a cheese heavy day apparently. 😳

Breakfast: beef and black bean burrito with rice, four cheese blend, red onion, bell pepper and jalapeño.

Lunch: tomato & courgette halloumi pasta bake.

Snack: high protein strawberry yoghurt.

Dinner: mac and cheese.

All homemade except for the yoghurt.
