What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: half a sandwich (chicken bacon rancher) and a side of mac & cheese from panera
Snack: harvest cheddar sun chips
Dinner: mushroom swiss burger with side of garlic parm broccoli
 
Breakfast: Skipped
Lunch: Carrot and red lenti soup with crackers
Dinner: Rice, fried eggs, and kimchi
 
Im always curious to see what other people in different parts of the world eat for their meals!

For me today I had:
Breakfast: one of those TV box dinners because I had a busy day yesterday and couldn't meal prep for work this week...
Lunch: Chinese stuffed eggplants and lotus roots. They look like this!

Dinner: noodles with egg and tomato sauce (西红柿炒鸡蛋). I added peanut butter and chili oil (I usually have this for breakfast but didn't have time to cook before work). I also added lettuce because I like adding greens like lettuce and spinach to my noodles.

Breakfast: egg & sausage burrito and mocha iced coffee
Lunch: turkey sandwich
Snack: bananas
Dinner: salmon & veggies (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots)
 
Brunch (woke up at like 11 am): Toast, milk, and my vitamins
Snacks: Various granola bars
Dinner: Some sourdough, a salad, and some grapes
 
Its been a cheese heavy day apparently. 😳

Breakfast: beef and black bean burrito with rice, four cheese blend, red onion, bell pepper and jalapeño.

Lunch: tomato & courgette halloumi pasta bake.

Snack: high protein strawberry yoghurt.

Dinner: mac and cheese.

All homemade except for the yoghurt.
 
Breakfast: eggs and cream of wheat
Lunch: turkey sandwich and Greek Yogurt
Dinner: Red Robin (Monster Burger and fries)
Desert: Birthday cake
 
breakfast: salad with some fruit
lunch: bibimbap (korean rice dish with various toppings that you mix together with gochujang, a spicy and sweet chili paste)
dinner: potato salad sandwich and a protein shake
 
Breakfast: Frankfurters with garlic rice and egg
Lunch: none at the moment (the one above is brunch)
Dinner: Philly Cheesesteak sandwich
 
breakfast: sausage sandwich
lunch: sausage + cheese sandwich, potato waffle
snack: crackers
dinner: pork, mash potato, half an avocado, cauliflower
 
breakfast: rice, sunny side up eggs, cucumber kimchi, wakame salad
lunch: salad with kale, cabbage, carrots and boiled eggs with bbq dressing, banana and grapefruit
dinner: cheese and bean enchiladas with roasted corn on the side and cookies for dessert
 
First time I actually had all three meals in a while...

Breakfast: A cinnamon roll and some coffee
Lunch: A salad, an egg, and a fruit bowl
Dinner: Half a quesadilla, some chips, and Coke
 
Yesterday, I had a spinach and tomato sandwich for breakfast. Then for lunch, I had a croissant, and wrapped up the day with a veggie stir fry and naan bread 😋
 
breakfast: skipped
lunch: a bowl of delicious savoury soup from my culture that i don't know how to explain in english lol
dinner: a little bit of dolma
had two small sandwich cookies almost like oreos as a snack. drank water throughout the day but definitely not enough. on my way home now so will drink more when i get there for the next few hours ill be awake.
 
breakfast: chocolate donut twist
lunch: two tacos with chicharron in red salsa with queso fresco
dinner: mole with chicken and red rice
snacks/drinks: water, a tangerine, celsius, 4 cinnas cookies, and a caprisun

I had brunch with my little cousins it was very cute 💙

They made a bunch of stuff but I had french toast, bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns. For dinner we're having butternut squash soup and bread.
