Im always curious to see what other people in different parts of the world eat for their meals!
For me today I had:
Breakfast: one of those TV box dinners because I had a busy day yesterday and couldn't meal prep for work this week...
Lunch: Chinese stuffed eggplants and lotus roots. They look like this!
Dinner: noodles with egg and tomato sauce (西红柿炒鸡蛋). I added peanut butter and chili oil (I usually have this for breakfast but didn't have time to cook before work). I also added lettuce because I like adding greens like lettuce and spinach to my noodles.

breakfast: salad with some fruit
lunch: bibimbap (korean rice dish with various toppings that you mix together with gochujang, a spicy and sweet chili paste)
dinner: potato salad sandwich and a protein shake
breakfast: rice, sunny side up eggs, cucumber kimchi, wakame salad
lunch: salad with kale, cabbage, carrots and boiled eggs with bbq dressing, banana and grapefruit
dinner: cheese and bean enchiladas with roasted corn on the side and cookies for dessert
Yesterday, I had a spinach and tomato sandwich for breakfast. Then for lunch, I had a croissant, and wrapped up the day with a veggie stir fry and naan bread

lunch: a bowl of delicious savoury soup from my culture that i don't know how to explain in english lol
dinner: a little bit of dolma
had two small sandwich cookies almost like oreos as a snack. drank water throughout the day but definitely not enough. on my way home now so will drink more when i get there for the next few hours ill be awake.
breakfast: chocolate donut twist
lunch: two tacos with chicharron in red salsa with queso fresco
dinner: mole with chicken and red rice
snacks/drinks: water, a tangerine, celsius, 4 cinnas cookies, and a caprisun
