big boy season
English. I took a lot of literature classes, but luckily, none about diagramming sentences.
Web development is really fun. That line of work pays really well too.i'm in college right now and i sincerely have no idea what i want to do. i'm considering something in computer science, web development or just programming of SOME sort. i'm really not sure. i adore computers a lot though, from building/researching parts to using them and making websites.
Cyber gang!i studied programming for a few months before dropping out, then i switched over to cyber security where ill be getting my degree soon
I think I read Japanese is one of the most useful languages to learn. Becoming really globali have a bs in psychology and a minor in sociology. im hoping to move to hr in the company i work for at some point. i also studied japanese bc my degree required a foreign language. i really loved all of my classes
Congratulations! Those are really interesting subjects.I got a Bachelor's in Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology. I did really enjoy the courses I took!
People say English was boring back in school! But I really enjoyed itEnglish. I took a lot of literature classes, but luckily, none about diagramming sentences.
I loved graphic design, I wish I went on to do a streamlined course for it. It’s very fun!I intend to major in graphic design. I think I'm good at it if I apply myself, plus it's fun. When I was in middle school I was fascinated with album cover design, but I'd be willing to do lots of things. I've only taken a few classes so far, but it's been kinda fun.
Very cool! Yeah Arduino is awesome to play around with and has so many possibilities. I used it as part of the rocket club I joined to build sensors for detecting altitude and radiation. Sadly I did fry a good 2 or 3 nanos by putting 400 volts directly through them.Yes I used Arduino haha!
I programmed it to detect diffrent colours and log the data, was only a small experiment for my assignment but was very fun to carry out.
For my final assessment I programmed a flood warning system using water sensors so when water filled up to a certain level, the program would send a push notification to the users phone.

I wasn’t planning on going to university at first, was gonna do an apprenticeship. My sixth form teacher talked me into it because he thought I was wasting my potential.I don't know if non-college attendees are allowed to post here.
For awhile, I wanted to go to college. I figured it would be fun, keep me occupied, and help me to make friends. I was unsure what I wanted to major in, but something art/creativity-related.
As time went on, however, I realized college is not for me. College is a lot of work and my brain does not have the capacity to concentrate over long and limited periods of time. I get distracted easily, so I do things slowly.
But this does not mean I am not trying to make something of myself. I have been really looking into becoming an author and even working on writing a book (and I plan on writing more later on).
A lot of people on this thread have said they’ve done writing or wanna do writingI always wanted to go to college, but I didn't get the chance because of family issues and finances. If I had gone, I was planning to major in English or English Literature with the goal of working in a field focused on publishing, editing, technical or creative writing. I am still working on my writing as a hobby and hope to one day get a book published. I also do a bit of technical writing in my current job so I'm gaining some experience there, but I don't know if it will amount to anything.
Ah that’s not fair on you, really hope you can get it under control to go finish that course.I studied Social Sciences and then went onto study Psychology as a separate subject, I absolutely loved it. However, I developed rheumatoid arthritis and the journey to the University was too much each day. I thought about an online course, but I could never concentrate with the pain now. Still dip in and out of my Psychology books. I work from home, so I can go at my own pace. I prefer to get up during the night and get the work done then the rest of the day is my own. If I ever get my arthritis under control, I would seriously consider going back to study.
You’re too smart for meI'm currently in university and I'm studying pharmacy, it's incredibly difficult, but I'm trying the best I can, because I genuinely like to learn about medication. It's very interesting, especially when you start actually using your basic knowledge to understand some more complex things!!
I still remember the joy I felt while studying biochemistry when I was finally able to see the big picture of everything that I have been taught and how each chapter that I went through connects with one another to basically form in my mind how the human body operates on chemical reactions
Neuroscience must be incredibly difficult to learn, another subject I’d love to learn about. The human brain is incredibly complex and so interesting!i went through such a journey when deciding what to do at uni; my dream as a kid was always to study vet med, but then when the time came to actually apply i shifted more towards general biology, and then eventually discovered increasingly specific degrees within biology since i'm a big fan of the human aspect of it, but not so much the plants/environment etc side. i applied to do biomedical science at two unis, and neuroscience at 3 - and now i'm about to start my second year of a neuroscience degree :] so far it's been heavily psychology based but i'm really excited to keep going with it !
Congratulations!I studied French in college and received an Associate's degree in that language few years ago.
I learned everything about the language and culture. I enjoyed it.
Good choices!I studied IT in my first year at college and then in my second year I did media studies. I quit during my third year as the higher level media course was a repeat of the course I’d just finished.
