What do you have to do if you are a Male to get a Female hair style?

I believe you have to get every haircut for the gender of your character, and then you can get an opposite gender haircut.

For a male to get female hair, you have to try every male hairstyle first. Then the option is available. It's the same for female, wanting male hairstyles. Except it's vice versa.
