What do you think about Personality Blending/Revamping?

I've had this idea for awhile now and I figured I should talk about it for the upcoming switch title!
Love the "new" smug and uchi personalities implemented in New Leaf but I'd like to see not only more personalities but certain villagers could have traits of two or multiple personality types.

Could you imagine seeing a Smug or Lazy Jock? Uchi and Snooty at the same time? I would propose reworking the personality types to include subtle changes to stuff like dialogue and preferred hobbies. Perhaps it could go along with the villagers star sign, who knows!

That could be pretty cool but I don’t think they’ll do it. I’ll be happy if there’s more personality types period.

Wow, what a brilliant idea! You could also mix up personalities from their respective genders! For example, you could have a lazy uchi or a peppy cranky.

that could be cool but i dont think it will happen. i feel like peppy villagers are slowly shifting to turning into idol or pop stars so maybe "idol" should be a personality of its own and peppy could just be a more sporty or loud personality

I had this idea a few months ago when looking at Rooney. He is a cranky villager who looks like he should be a jock. I'm not sure how likely something like this is to actually happen, but it would be a massive improvement if it ever does.

villagers that are getting add to the game or also already existing villagers? Because I could
imagine that it could be kinda confusing if every villager gets add a new personality. I mean,
if it would work then, why not?

Other then that, I would be happy if they just add some new personalities in general.

I don't know about blending personalities, but I would like new ones. Also I'd like a tiny bit more species-specific dialogue and maybe even a little bit of villager-specific dialogue, like for themed villagers like Drago and the like.

What I was thinking was certain villagers, both pre-existing and new, can have a blended personality.
A couple of examples could be(purely hypothetically): Stinky(could be maybe jock/lazy) Cherry(uchi/snooty?) Paula(Uchi/ peppy since she used to be peppy) just to throw some out there
I'm thinking about parts of their designs that could possibly tie into more than one personality.
There could also be more blending from the different genders as well(cant males be normal?)
Also, I don't think every villager needs a second type necessarily, think pokemon lmao
