What do you think of the Nintendo Switch?

Also known as Nintendo NX. It's coming out in March 2017. Who's thinking to get it?

While I may not be able to afford the NX come March 2017, I am planning on getting it eventually. It is really neat, that trailer made me happy inside and I'm excited to see all that the Switch/NX has to offer.

I thought the trailer was pretty underwhelming. Not really feeling the hype atm.

From what I've seen so far, I love the direction that the Nintendo Switch is going for. Being a hybrid of handheld and home console means I'll finally get to enjoy both gaming libraries with just one hardware architecture.

I also like the idea of detachable controllers, which are known as Joy-Cons. These things allow for different ways to use them, be it on attached on the sides of the handheld, on a Joy-Grip controller, holding both of them like you would with a Wii Remote and Nunchuk, or even have some two-player fun with each player holding a Joy-Con.

There's not much else I could say about Switch. I don't know exactly which games would come out next year, nor even the menu UI, the actual release date and price. The upcoming January 12th 2017 event will announce these details, and I can't wait!
