I would probably say windflowers and apples would be the best combination for a medieval theme.

I forgot windflowers, they look sort of like a Tudor rose, which is more Renaissance than medieval, but close enough. So changing my vote to roses or windflowers.

Apples and purple/blue hyacinths. The flowers look similar to the plant Wolfs bane which is a deadly poisonous plant in Europe I think, it'd make for a cooler med-evil theme especially if you have them up in your hills, mountains.

Roses would look great on a medieval island I think! I voted for apples and lilies though :)

Roses, but it's not an option. Not sure about fruit. I think apples, so I'll pick that one.

Apples and roses but I picked lilies
sounds like a really interesting concept!

when i think of rpg i think of apples and lilies but always go with whatever you like the most as your final choice :D

Apples are always featured in media about that time period.

Hyacinths, lilies, or cosmos would suit best as a flower.

Apples and roses. Most probably because I see these two often portrayed and/or in medieval paintings or ancient illustrations, myths and texts.

Chose apples and lilies. Would have chosen roses because y’know, they’re in a lot of old paintings~ also because stealing apples in Skyrim just seems so nostalgic to me

apples and roses, even though roses are not included it's the first flower that comes to mind when i think medieval/fantasy flower

Speaking as a medieval reenactor :p Definitely apples for the fruit, pears are also good. As for the flowers, mums look very wild flower like even though they aren't native in a lot of Europe, so I think they would be a good pick
