I used to make smoothies every morning but now I am lazy and just make simple things. For example today I had a bowl of sultana bran with canned peaches on top and a glass of pineapple juice.
usually cereal on school days, sometimes i have an omelette with salmon and onion in (really nice!)- or some peanut butter with banana on a bagel is tasty too!
Normally, I eat buttered toast but recently I've craved cereal and I've never been a friend for cereal. More specifically, honey hoops or anything that makes the milk become sweet to favour my sweet tooth
I eat a small bowl of cereals after I wake up for health reason, and then at like 9 am or like 2-3 hours after I've woken up I usually eat bread with cold cuts and water as my real breakfast. I just have no appetite when I wake up, and here we always have breakfast breaks anyway so it suits our work ethic. I just need something to start off the day too.
Scrambled egg and toasted bread with juice normally. I might eat warm oatmeal when I'm tired of the same pattern. Sometimes I like trying out breakfst from other regions, so I try my hand at making them, but that's not often.
