It is the numbers at the end of the link to your island journal on the forum c:
Go to your journal, go up to the link in the search bar, and copy those numbers. You'll then have a link to your journal on your sidebar where the island name is displayed!

There should be a box where you can enter in your island name on your edit profile area c:
&& an island journal is just a place for you to post about your updates, what you did that day, post screenshots, etc. Of your island in acnh! Not everyone has one or uses it often but it can be fun
