The most beautiful sky I've ever seen is when I was in 3rd grade I got up super early (like almost everyday) and I noticed that the light coming in wasn't the same so I went to look out the window and I was like Ohhhhh Myyyyy Gosssshhhhh and the sky was a deep purple and there were big pretty clouds and under the clouds it was all pink and it was pink coming up the sides of the clouds, I wish I had a picture of it, it was so pretty.

My parents were driving us home after a partly unremarkable day...

In the distance the sun was setting, and the sun was bright RED. Red like a perfect apple.

I later heard it was from really bad air pollution, but my...it was so beautiful.

I live out in the boonies and we always have really beautiful sunsets/sunrises I'm too lazy to find photos but honestly my favorite sky is the night sky, and here we have little to no light pollution so we can see the milky way on an average night.

Lucky!

Possibly when I was very young, think I was only about 8 years old and me and my dad went outside after the storm and the sky was a mix of clear blue and brilliant orange (since it was nearing sunset). In the distance we could also see the clouds in the most bizarre shapes I've ever seen before
Never managed to take a picture of it sadly

When I was in Northern England last year, we passed through a road surrounded by mountains, and there were rainbows in the sky as the sun was setting. Was beautiful.

The sun setting behind the mountains in Denver is breathtaking. I'll share a picture when I get one on my new phone.

i don't have a picture but i remember everyday after my ballet class a year or two ago there'd be a pink or purple sky with rippling clouds, and i couldn't take a good pic of it on my phone. almost teaches me some things are meant to be seen in person, not digitally.

Last October, my friend and I went to this farm together at night and there was a crescent moon and the sky was totally clear so we could see lots of stars and it was all really pretty. We kept looking up so after a while we just sat down and pointed out constellations to each other, and as we were doing that a shooting star went by! The sky is often pretty clear around here so we can usually see a lot of stars, but that night was definitely the prettiest I've ever seen it.

A few months ago I was taking a walk as the sun was setting, and the sky was filled with orange and pink. ^^

November, I think 5 years ago almost up at my cousins' house in the countryside.. So dang beautiful and since it's up on a hill you could see like the whole night sky.. *w*

Pretty much whenever thunderstorms come. There was this really bad thunderstorm several years ago and my mom was driving me in her car. I'm guessing it was really close to us because there was a lot of lightning strikes and I could see smoke that was probably from a burning building.

I second that! Wish we didn't have so much light pollution in the states(at least where I'm from)!
I live in California but I live in a super small town where we don't even have street lights. It's pretty great!

A night sky - it was so full of stars and shooting stars would occur every few minutes ouo
Also, seeing the sunrise is beautiful - the pinks/reds mixing in with dark blue look stunning ;;

sunset after finishing a day at school! this was early october from last year apparently...almost a year ago.
