What is your ideal vacation

Right now, I am struggling to leave my house for even a little bit so vacations is out of the question. My parents want to go to disney world with the grand kids (my nieces) but I feel insecure leaving home. So for me, the ideal vacation is just to continue staying home. I would love to one day go visit the one piece restaurant in japan and other things, anime conventions in other states maybe, visit some more Civil War Battlefields, Aruba again, and also the Middle East or Egypt (I love their cultures), but not anytime soon with my anxiety and also no money or job.

I live somewhere that it's always disgustingly humid and hot so I love traveling places where its cooler and something different than the beach.

I don't know how people live with humidity like that.

I visited New Orleans a few years back, and disgusting is the perfect word for it. The humidity is literally gross. The experience was awesome. Lots of very cool things about New Orleans, and I'd love to go back. But, I remember walking out of the hotel in the morning, and it just feeling like someone wrapped a hot, wet blanket around me. It's such a disturbing feeling. I mean...we get hot summers here. Temps of the 90's, even as high as 100+...and the humidity can be pretty unbearable sometimes. But I had never experienced true humidity until I visited NOLA. I'll never forget that.

My ideal vacation is to a city I've never been to before. I love to try out new restaurants so anywhere that is famous for good food would fit the bill for me.

I'm also really interested in countries with a long history because Canada just isn't very old at all 😅 I want to see a real life castle!

Somewhere with snow, and a lot of it. I wanna go snowboarding so bad. I can skateboard and surf. I wanna see how I do at snowboarding.

I'm about to be 29 next week. I've only seen an inch of snow two different times in my life, and I wouldn't really call it real snow lol. Couldn't have any fun with it.

An Ideal Vacation For Me Is Just Having A Quiet Room, Where I Can Just Relax And Play Games Without Anyone Bothering Me. (Sorry If This Sounds Sad, Its Just Most Fun Things Like Waterslides, Traveling, ETC. Dosen't Really Appeal to me)

The ideal vacation for me would involve no packing or traveling. Myself and all of my necessary belongings would be instantly teleported to the new location and back home again after the vacation was over. All of the prep work and the actual traveling is a nightmare for my anxiety.

In all seriousness, though, the best vacation I ever had was to the Bahamas for my honeymoon. Despite the stress and difficulties of traveling, I was actually able to relax and enjoy myself while we were there. We stayed at the Atlantis resort and I felt surrounded by animals. I could go out on my balcony and see the turtles. Just a few steps outside there were sharks. I loved it and would love to go back one day.

For me, the best vacations are chill. I don't like to be busy. I don't want an itinerary. I like to sleep in and wander around doing what I feel like, when I feel like it. I also prefer nature to cities.

I don't necessarily have an ideal vacation (realistically, my ideal vacation would be one where nothing went wrong).

My dream vacation would be a road trip across America from one coast to the other. Ever since I was a kid I was fascinated by America and I still am.

I have travelled to many European countries - I love Europe with all my heart and I'm against brexit but I don't feel I'd be welcomed much as a brit anymore so, despite wanting to, I haven't made any future travel plans there yet.

Until we can travel abroad with no uncertainty, however, I am planning on road tripping around the UK a little bit to places I have never experienced before - such as Scotland.

My ideal vacation from work is just staying home and not having to do anything.

Otherwise, for places to go... Somewhere with better weather comes to mind, so somewhere way up North, like Maine or Canada (but I don't know how you'd get to me come back home lol). I'd also love to go see Europe and Greece, because I like history.

Anywhere that I can swim in a lake. Literally anywhere. I do want it to be warm out though so I want to swim.
