What is your skin type?

My skin is oily... no skin treatment helps except expensive, doctor prescribed only pills which REALLY sucks.

Either normal or combination? My skin doesn't freak out the way some peoples do but my forehead gets really oily and my upper arms get really dry. Most of the rest of my skin is fairly regular except those two particular parts of my body (although leaning towards the dry side).
