Whenever I used to declare my hatred for coffee, people would laugh and say "it's an acquired taste, you'll like it when you're older." Well...now in my third year of university, I've finally crossed over to the dark side :p

It started one day in the summer when I was really sad and anxious, I was curious about if caffeine would pick me up a bit. So, I went to Tim Hortons, asked for the least bitter-tasting coffee they had, and was given an iced capp. I thought it was delicious! I started getting them often but not every coffee place has them, so one day in the absence of iced capps I ordered a latte and then started getting those more frequently. Then, just the other day when I was getting my hair dyed for the first time, they offered to make me a cappuccino for free. It was more bitter than I was used to, but since I had worked up to it, it didn't bother me. Now cappuccinos are my new favourite, and I don't feel as health-conscious ordering them because there is much less sugar than a latte or iced capp.

Anyways, that's my coffee story. What kind of coffee do you like, or do you hate it with a passion like I used to?

for some reason, i've never liked coffee. i like the smell though for some reason.
when i feel like having a hot drink, i have hot chocolate

i really dislike the taste of coffee and i think warm drinks feel really weird to drink so i dont drink coffee

I like every kind of coffee imaginable. Straight black coffee, cappuccinos, Frappuccinos, lattes, sweetened coffee, bitter coffee. Everything. :)

I've tried on many occasions to drink black coffee, but I just can't handle a bitter taste. Same goes for tea (and that I really enjoy).

When I drink coffee, it has to be the perfect blend and sweetness. Most of the time it isn't (unless I make it myself) so I don't bother. Caffeine doesn't do anything to me, anyways.

if it's iced then i like it, even if it's super bitter. for some reason though i'm still not huge on hot coffee, i can drink a really milky sweet one but i'd rather just have tea or hot chocolate

I've always liked coffee. I've drunk it from a young age, maybe from 8 years on wards? I like all types of coffee except for black coffee. Black coffee is a bit too bitter for my liking, even with sugar added. Probably my favourite it mochaccino's, followed by plain flat white's. I also like the ones with flavoured shots, I used to get a caramel white chocolate one all the time and they're so good! And of course, iced coffees/iced mochas are amazing!

I like the smell of coffee and I think it's a lovely homey thing but I have only ever had an instant coffee and it was the worst thing ever and it's kinda put me off. However I did also used to get frappucinos from Starbucks sometimes and I don't really consider that to be a coffee drink, it was more a milkshake and it was delicious. xD I also like coffee cake. Basically if it's sweet I do like the zing it gives but it's not something I wanna drink on its own.

My favorite type of coffee drink in the mocha frappe, but I rarely buy those since they are expensive. In the mornings, I usually drink milk, water or tea (any flavor on hand) because coffee makes my stomach upset if I'm anxious that day.

However, when I do make it I add whichever instant coffee is available, a splash of milk, and 3 spoons of sugar.

I prefer a dark roast of some type, usually by Green Mountain, Caribou, or one of the fancier brands. It has to have a decent amount of creamer and sugar, and there you go! My preferred cup o' joe! I also like flavored creamers, like pumpkin spice, blueberry, hazelnut, amaretto and so on! Good stuff!!:)

I do not like coffee at all. I cannot stand the smell and I cannot stand the taste. Coffee is terrible. That is just my opinion. I do not understand how some people love coffee.

I don't drink it much (anymore), since I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine. If my boyfriend has some around me, I'd take a few sips. Last time I drank it regularly on my own was back in college, pulling all nighters and night classes. Love the taste, but can't be too dark if I do drink it. It has to have some sort of sweetness to it, but not over the top. Wish I could drink it more.

Omg I love hazelnut and pumpkin spice lol

I've been addicted to coffee since highschool! It's just so so yummy. I personally prefer iced coffee over hot coffee. I usually get a mocha, caramel mocha, or possibly a mint mocha when I get iced coffee.
When I drink hot coffee I like drinking hazelnut coffee with no cream, a little sugar. I drink regular coffee a lot too, though. :)
I love cappuccinos/lattes too - if I had a way to steam milk I'd have one every day!

I like the taste of coffee, and I love how it works with other flavors so well...hence why I mentioned so many flavors haha

I don't like it, and I dislike anything that's flavored like it. The smell is nice, though.
I may eat 75%+ chocolate no problem though, which is quite bitter.
A little coffee flavoring though may really bring out the taste of chocolate.

I love coffee. It's always been something I've liked, but it's more of an essential now that I'm in college. Gotta stay awake in my classes somehow! :p

I used to drink black coffee every day without fail - I loved it! Then, one day, coffee decided it didn’t like me anymore, so I had to stop. :( These days, I drink tea.

I think I’ve lost my taste for coffee, though. I accidentally took a sip of my boyfriend’s black coffee, thinking it was my chamomile tea, and immediately spit it back into his cup (he was not impressed). It tasted like gasoline...

I LOVE sweet lattes! Vanilla, pumpkin spice, lavender, as long as they are sweet I will like it. I do not like the taste of coffee alone.
