What time do you go to sleep?

It depends. If I'm really tired, I'll go to bed at 8-9pm. I used to go to bed usually around 10pm-12am, but now I've started staying up a bit later, going to bed around 1-3am

Lately I've been going to sleep at 2-3 am. For school it's usually 11 pm-12 am

School: 11pm - 12am (2am if really late)

No school: 2am - 4am (Sometimes i can be all night without sleeping)

On school nights I go to bed at 9-10 usually, 11 at the latest.

I've stayed up till 7am during vacation.

On school nights it's usually 10-11pm but now I go to sleep at 3-4 am. :(

During summer I'll usually sleep around 3-5am, but other than that I'll sleep around 11pm-12am.

I physically cannot fall asleep until 10-11 pm. I usually am up until 12-1 am though.

Anywhere from 2am-4am usually. I go to bed around 12am-1am on Sundays/days when I need to wake up early though. I have no idea how people sleep at like 9pm.

It doesn't really matter when I go to sleep, unless I force myself to wake up I don't get up until 12:30pm.

I try keeping it around midnight so I don't **** up my schedule and not being too tired, that said sometimes it might be later ;)

Any time I can sleep. I have Narcolepsy with Cataplexy and under normal circumstances I try to stick to a routine to contain my sleep in order to get on with life. I aim to be getting ready for bed by around 10:30pm but don't "have" to sleep until 12-12:30pm as I (used to) work the closing shift so could sleep late in the morning.

As I'm currently on bedrest between surgeries, and am in a rather extreme amount of pain with Endometriosis while I wait for the 2nd op... I take each and every chance to sleep my body will let me.
