I am going to try to go to sleep by midnight or 1 am now that school is coming up. I might sleep earlier if I am tired and can sacrifice time (no assignments, readings, etc) or I might stay up later if I have a lot to do. :c
I actually have no idea.
I usually log off everything and physically go to bed any time between 2:00 and 4:00 AM but it always takes me hours to actually fall asleep so it is a mystery.
I've never had a consistent sleep schedule my whole life, but it usually jumps ahead by like a half an hour every few days (yes, that does mean sometimes I go to bed at 9 AM or 3 PM or other ridiculous hours)
I'm not very good with staying up late, much prefer to get up early/early morning coffee and cigarettes.
Usually it's around 10, rarely 11 but no later. I would just fall asleep anyway
My sleep schedule is all messed up, it's incredibly inconsistent! I don't have an average time I go to bed. I suppose lately though it's been around early evening.
During the summer I go to sleep at around 1-2 AM, but during school I used to go to sleep at like 11 PM. Now that I'm not going to school anymore idk how that will go for me
