What villager has the best house interior?

I like Fang's interior. He's the only Cranky villager I know that has a clean and unique looking interior.

Of my personal villagers I think Julia and Bill have the best interiors:

Julia has a beautiful green and white rattan spa theme that I adore. Extra points for the black wooden board "rug" that makes her home feel more sectioned out like an ACTUAL house/apartment.

Bill just has this beautiful dark Japanese theme that I am quickly falling head over heels for. I've already taken about a billion pictures of my own of me and him just hanging at his place because of how serene and calming it is. I especially like his because it goes for a darker color palette than a lot of the other villager's with Japanese-themed homes (Cranston, Blanche, Gladys for starters) while also being able to work in that gorgeous cherry blossom furniture that I really want to steal from him (Started my island just a couple of days after cherry blossoms ended last year).

Wolfgang had a nice house, but I gave him 50 billion plants and made him a Plant Dad, so it's kind of a mess now. I really like the colors of Judy's, although not really the block furniture itself. I like Punchy's, too, it's nice and simple, while still having everything he needs. I absolutely hate it when villagers don't have like a bed or something. I'm like will you take care of yourself please???

I love Poppy's house, the fish is because she bought it from me, but I love her house so much.

I too love Poppy's house! I visited someone's island where they her as one of their villagers.

I like the houses that look like cozy homes inside, but still feel personal to the villager- Tabby and Agnes also have really nice homes with character.

Tangy, in my opinion has one of the best overall houses in the game, interior and exterior are so lovely and chic.

I also really love Genji’s real interior, though I will never see it in my game, since I got him as a starter

even though I know and can appreciate why Ruby/ Luna’s house is the way it is (because of the rabbit on the moon) I hated her house so much, and constantly tried to give her real furniture to replace the weird space stuff.

I think I am in the minority in this last bit, but for some reason I really love the colorful and pastel versions of the wooden block furniture in villager houses. Judy and Sydney’s houses both seem so sweet to me. Probably because, as I have written elsewhere, I see all my villagers as young and childlike so these rooms fit that perfectly.

Doc is my personal favorite on my island. He's a lazy, so I was honestly super surprised to see how elegant his house was. Plus I think the toilet in the corner is a nice touch. No point in having a grand study if you can't poop in elegance.

My favourite house interior out of my current villagers is Blaire's, she has a bit of an odd mixture of furniture but I think it works really well together, helped by the fact many of the items stick to a flower theme. I also like how it doesn't go over the top with colours and mostly only adds some purples and reds to brighten up a relatively plain interior, creating a bit of an elegant interior despite the mismatched furniture/item choices.

Diana is another villager of mine who has an interior that I like, she also has a mixture of furniture sets in her house that work well together and look quite classy which suits her character, the deer decoration is also a nice touch to match her species and background. I slightly prefer Blaire's interior though as it seems more homely to me.

Daisy, who I no longer have on my island, has a lovely interior with well matched furniture, in a nice colour scheme, that makes her home seem very cosy and relaxing.

Special mention to Cheri's interior, I've never actually had her on my island but I think she also has a very cosy home and I like the fact that it feels like a practical interior with a bed, kitchen area and bathroom area, plus the colour scheme really matches her character.

I agree with many of the ones already posted. Genji, Sterling, Julian, Muffy, Fang, Tangy, Zell, etc all have amazing houses. Of the simpler houses, I'm really liking Ellie's. And while a lot of the smug villagers have the ironwood set, I love Marshal's and Henry's interiors.

i think someone already mentioned Julian, which in my opinion has one of the most gorgeous, ethereal house interior period with his zodiac set. A honorable mention though goes to Lily - very peaceful, picturesque and serene set up thanks to the misty-garden wall.
