I just want to see more furniture and quality of life improvements, like being able to craft multiple items without having an animation every time. Also, I think more villager dialogue would be good. And Saharah's coding could be improved. I would like to be able to ask to buy 1 of everything. And of course, the ability to buy more than one outfit in Able Sister's without going in and out.

Yes PLEASE an expanson to Nook. Let me be able to get other colour variations from my own store because this is driving me CRAZY. This is just the first AC game where 'checking the store every day' is not exciting because there's never anything new

Honestly, as much as I'd like a big update, I don't want to put my expectations too high so I'd be happy with a Nook Cranny update and Brewster's Cafe.

i really feel like the only thing they'll do is give us an item in the mail, i really hope i am wrong but for some odd reason i am feeling it

- Brewster with a Cafe and Gift Shop. Celeste can run the gift shop until it closes at 7p. She then moves to the Observatory on days without showers, and closes the Observatory in observance of heavy meteor showers and the distribution of DIYs/fragments (or has an observation deck for wishing/distribution).
- Nook's upgrade that rolls in Leif.
- Able's that rolls in Label.
- Redd comes every Saturday from 5a - 6p, replaced by KK Slider for his evening concert.
- Flick and CJ also have booths inside Nook's, and allow you to request one model a day.
Kapp'n would be awesome as a rotating NPC replacing Leif or Label, or a permanent weekday fixture back where Redd docks.

After Carnival, they'll have covered all the major holidays. Since that's all they've been covering with the updates, they have to come up with something new. They cant go like: "Look! It's Bunny Day AGAIN!!!" if they want to keep people interested.

I feel like I'm going crazy honestly, because I keep thinking Brewster will appear, but I feel like the harder I think that the less likely he is to appear. If Brewster isn't in the one year anniversary, I don't see us getting him at all. Waiting until winter again would be far too long and a really poor choice on Nintendo's part. I understand people like the Pave event, but personally, I think it was a mistake to choose that over Brewster (that's an opinion, but it would also make more sense to add a game feature over an event).
But I think the 1 year anniversary item will be Switch related! Maybe the pro controller, or the thing that you can slide your joy cons in? I'm looking around to see any other items they could add... I think it would be cute to add a switch game plastic container thing! I have lost the word for a game container. Package? Whatever, I like clutter items, give me more clutter!

Ninji is responsible for a lot of what we know about the inner mechanisms of the game. Such as weather seeds, special NPC visits, villager move outs, and some other things.
just like anyone else, i demand waaay more items to be added to the game, i want brewster to finally make an appearance and maybe expand the museum or the nook shop. but in addition, there are a couple of little improvements that i feel need to be added:
- when crafting at home, you should have access to your storage space so you don't have to have every item you need to craft in your inventory
- maybe let us expand the other 3 rooms on the first floor of our house, as they are way smaller than even in new leaf
- we need to be able to craft multiples of one item at once
- let us refurbish items that have other designs, i don't understand why we can refurbish some but have to buy items with different designs from other islands
- let us order more than 5 things at once, this makes no sense to me as our mailbox has much more space than in new leaf, yet they let us order so little per day?? this is especially annoying if you consider how many duplicates of some items you need for your island
- more items to buy with nook miles, idc if it's clothes, furniture, consumables, just anything to spend our miles on
- i just found this out recently, but you can't put rugs outside?? i really wanted to make a little picnic area, but i guess now i understand why people use designs on the floor instead :/
- more DIYs and more ways to get them.. i don't really like how you only get 1 DIY on your beach per day and how often i have gotten duplicates. they could sell different ones everyday at the nook shop, instead of just the basic ones that everyone has already bought

I already commented here but I just wanted to add something because I've been looking at the past updates.
The first two gave us a pretty big amount of stuff added. In april they added Redd and Leif's shops and the art section as normal content and four (albeit mini) events: May Day, Stamp Rally, Nature Day and the Wedding Season.
In July they gave us one update divided in two parts, but again they added a bunch of normal content: Diving + Pascal, Gullivarrr and Luna and the dreams suite. They added one event: Fireworks.
Then the fall update only added one event. And the winter update added two events.
It's been exactly half a year since we've gotten any normal updates added (not counting the emotes and hairstyles - I really mean new gameplay stuff) and I really hope they will keep adding onto the game in that way and not only add more events. :| But since they started off so good and then completely stopped I'm kinda scared.
Just to add, on the other hand I totally see more NPCs coming. Rover said we'd probably meet again during the May Day event, and something else that strikes me as odd is that you can pick Kapp'n and Lottie as an avatar on the Switch system but they're nowhere to be seen in a game on the switch. So that sorta tells me they're definitely coming at some point? Otherwise I'd say it's a pretty odd choice to add to your system.

- More pattern slots (gosh this would make me so so happy and probably scream like a little girl)
- Order more than one outfit at one time in Able's sisters
- Order more than 5 pieces of furnitures at NookLink
- Probably more DIYs and furniture sets (possible return of some popular new leaf furnitures)
- Villager Dialogue updates that we so desperately need ( i currently have 4 normals on my island and talking to them are so boring)
- More reactions ( i think there are still a few reactions that already exist in game but we do not have access to)
- Ability to customize shop/tailor/museum/residential services/airport exteriors

Yeah. The villagers still have a few we don't. Like dancing or even dancing while singing...and dumbbells. Actually, to name some more: Reading and magnifying glass.
