What would you think of being able to own and drive a car?

The only way I'd like to see driveable cars added is if they were restricted to a certain minigame. Even then, I feel like they really wouldn't fit with the aesthetics of Animal Crossing.

Bikes would be cuter, driving a car in a forest is a recipe for disaster (now that I think about it roller skates or skateboarding WOULD be kinda dope tho)

as people have suggested above, i think bikes/bicycles and scooters would be more suitable + it would be cuter riding around on your town - imagine knocking over all your villagers in a big car

Maybe not a car. I wouldn't be opposed to having a bike though! It could be customizable! You can add tassles or change the bell sound, add a basket for some storage. It still blends in with nature but also gives you something to ride around on and maybe get to places faster if the map is bigger. But yeah.. I don't think a car would fit.

i'm so sorry i agree completely but this is SO funny to me (the idea that they would even program in the ability to run over your villagers- NOT THAT I WANT THAT TO HAPPEN)

i think cars and things would be really weird in animal crossing too outside of how they're already used (transportation to the city like in CF or how gracie has a car), and while i think bike stuff would be cute and DEFINITELY a lot more fitting than a car i dunno if i would enjoy it personally! you never know though...

No to a car (it wouldn’t feel like AC at all imo) but I like other users’ suggestions of bicycles or scooters!
