What's the limit for a signature? Not size, I mean like it's content.

You won't get in trouble for a sig if you are generally unsure, worst case is it will get removed. From your description it sounds like you should be fine

Yeah, size rules are 250px tall and that's 254px. The mods can get crazy about that
