What's your favorite small thing about the game so far?

Not sure if this counts as small but it's so refreshing to finally have the seasons in animal crossing match where I live - the option of having a southern hemisphere

The lighting is gorgeous! Walking around outside during the Blue Hour with all of the cherry blossoms out is amazing!

Villagers doing activities is probably my favorite thing. Just seeing them sitting down under a tree, singing, or eating a sandwich always makes me smile. I just wish I could sit down with them!

I'm not sure if this counts as small, but I really like the wardrobe functionality. I love that it has access to all clothes in storage, and makes changing your outfit or testing outfits very easy.

I love how when you open and close the curtains in your house, it shows on the outside.

Also love the art for the night sky. It's stunning.

I love the wind - I've always been a sucker for the weather both in NL and NH but to have wind now just makes it a lot more immersive for me. Especially because I'm from the UK where there's no shortage of wind here

I like that when it rains you can see the droplets hit the water.
I like how when you do reactions around villagers they also respond to your reactions.
I really like when villagers are exercising. It looks so funny. Especially my little frog with the dumbbell in her tiny arms.

The villagers! I love the little things they do, interacting with each other, objects, following bugs. Running around like aeroplanes!

I love the camera, i'm having so much fun with it, trying to catch my villagers doing things (though they always seem to walk away once i set up the camera)

Flowers! How they sway in the breeze, and they just look so nice and vibrant

Thay dirt paths can spawn flowers but brick paths cannot

I love how the animals' dialogue makes it easier for you to tell what their personality is. For example the smug animals are caught up in their fantasies of being famous, cranky animals talk like old nostalgic men, and so on. And I just want to say I adore how Broccolo can't stop talking about food. His little-kid mouse look matches his personality so well.
