Mine was pears! By chance, mind you. Pears were the native fruit in one of my old towns from the early days NL, so pears are of considerable nostalgia to me in Animal Crossing.

Pears which is one of my least favorite fruits in the game. But since there's not a perfect fruit tree it's not that much of a hassle. I just replaced them with peaches.

On both my first island and my new one, it's been oranges.
I wanted cherries or peaches for that second island but I'm fine with oranges too. My roots are never leaving me

pears! a seemingly hated fruit, which i find so funny, genuinely.

i think they look great on the trees! since we don't have gold perfect fruit, pears seemed a good choice to have instead. but would that we could have had things like persimmons as out native fruits....where are my fruit children....bring them back nintendo

On a side note, Buck always seems to gift me a pear which is my sister fruit on Sapphire!

My native fruit for my island is cherrys I loved peaches irl but they look like little bottoms haha and I actually dislike cherrys irl but love how they look in game.

Peaches! I’ve discovered (and grown) cherries too. I have yet to get apples, pears, and oranges from other islands, even though I’ve visited a lot of mystery ones.

cherries. i think in a few of my new leaf towns i had cherries too (and apples at one stage). on my previous new horizons island i had pears.

Pear is my native, and the one that shows up on some boat tours, the secondary native, is Peaches.
