When does the school year start for you?

The school year in my province always starts the day after Labour Day, so September 3rd this year. When does it start where you are?

My province also starts September 3rd. I see some schools in America go back in August and it just feels too soon for me. I've been outta school for awhile but my partner goes back to college this year.

In my high school, our summer break starts around late May to early June, and then we go back around early August. The early break is cool, but I'm jealous of those who start much later. T^T

Lucky you... my school always starts the Thursday before Labour Day, so I'm back on the 29th.
