Would you rather live somewhere warm year round or somewhere with 4 proper seasons that gets cold and hot?

I not someplace with 4 seasons, and where they’re fairly even.

I live in Japan now and what feels like summer to me (hot and sticky) lasts around 5 months. That’s nearly half the year! And it feels like it’s getting longer…
But on the other hand, winter doesn’t get too cold (only snows like once a year in Tokyo) so it doesn’t feel like winter to me. Fair to say the weather here is not ideal

Definitely need all 4 seasons, I love my cold winters and my warm springs, but the same weather repeated forever would get boring

I'm completely fine having a tropical climate. Sure we get hit by several typhoons every year, but I guess I've learned to be resilient with it.

I've never experienced snow. It looks pretty nice but I feel like it's also too much of a hassle.

I've lived in both climates, and honestly, they're both pretty great in their own way. So I can't really choose, i love them both!

I like having all four seasons, for sure. Too much of anything is a bad thing in my opinion.

i'd prefer to have 4 seasons too, but I'd like for winters to be colder and summers to be more mild. I think it's exciting when it snows / freezy rains and it doesn't do that very much where I am now.

I rather live somewhere where there are four seasons. I have a friend that was from a country that is always warm and he told me I would not like it because of all the bugs lol. My skin is also really sensitive to sunlight where I break out and get itchy.

I prefer having the seasons. I absolutely hate summer and can't imagine it being that all year long, especially with climate change going on currently.

Surprising twist. Until I get a better house, I think I now prefer summer. I am dreading winter right now and I have realized how bad my cold tolerance is and how bad it can get in the house.
Of course I don't want super high temperatures, but I feel like I was able to deal with it better this year than winter.
Autumn is pretty but it's making me nervous right now.

I would like somewhere nice and cool year round! Four changing seasons is fine with me. I do want to experience green springs, snowy winters, and the coloured foliage of autumn.
