Whether To Get The ACNL 3DS Or Not...

How about he stand up for himself? If he's going to let his cousin walk all over him and control his decisions then its his own fault.
If you don't have the balls to whip out your pop tart and start playing Animal Crossing at the bar or the gym, then you don't deserve a pop tart in the first place.

OK, everyone else has answered your questions, so I'll agree that my XL seems very sturdy despite falling off a table during charging once (oopsy, my bad).
As for point 2. As best you can, ignore it. Easier said than done, but I was bullied all through primary school and most of high school. All these people who think they're so much better than everyone else at school have now turned out to have gotten nowhere in life. Seriously, because they got by on looks and belittling others, they've never had to work for anything in that time, so when it comes to life experience and having to do stuff to get anywhere, they've not got a clue. In the long run, you'll be better off in every single way. Once you realise this (it's hard at the time until you grow up more and see them getting nowhere), you actually begin to feel sorry for them and they're far easier to ignore as you know in 10 years time - not sure of your age and it is irrelevant but in 10 years if you're out of school - you'll be doing so much better and he'll come crawling to you for things. This is your payback, not the sarcastic comments or the standing up for yourself, the fact that you're miles ahead in every sense.
Soooo, TL;DR: It's hard now, but in the years to come, you'll be better than the bully (family or not) and have a better job, better prospects, better everything. OWN IT!!! The design isn't girly at all, more fool him if he thinks it is, shows his ignorance IMO

No, he would not have done it by now because at that point he didn't know what to do. He just took it. Now he knows to just stand up for himself.
And if people have issues with telling off someone who's doing the same to them, then they're going to have to deal with it. If they can't deal with it, then they stand up for themselves. They have a choice, and it appears OP can't deal with it, so there's only one option left. People need to grow up and learn to defend themselves. Mommy and daddy aren't going to be around to protect you forever.

4. What if nintendo makes a new consle. Like they did for the 3DS to the 3DS XL, how do i get my animal crossing data to that new consle, do i just put my memory card in and everything appears??

if its compatible with 3ds games you can perform a system transfer and all of your data will transfer to the new console.

Yep! Do a system transfer in the future, keep your SD card and when you pop it in the new 3DS again, redownload your games and you can pick up where you left off .
You can do 5 system transfers in total for each eShop account. So you can reset the count by formatting your 3DS but you would also lose the history of what games you have downloaded and would have to pay for them again, so don't ever format your system unless it's life or death for it!

I'm very sorry about your cousin. That is really rude of him Also about the bullying. If you love it, don't stop him from letting you get it.
To prevent problems, just don't let him see it. But don't let him get to you! I'm sure you'll enjoy the bundle. (I'm getting it, I'm a male). I haven't heard anything about the XL's being fragile, and I'm sure the small hands thing won't be an issue.
