Which ordinance do you use?

I have night owl but boy does it suck that's it's not three hours long extension anymore. A hour doesn't really help at all in the grand scheme of things. I'm confused why they changed it when it worked so well in New Leaf

My guess it must've been rushed and wasn't looked over so well.

Im using the early bird one since I like playing early in the morning. Weather that's real time or if I time travel back...

Tbh its not all that great since its only an hour difference. I really wish they had put a bit more effort into the ordinances.... Just another thing Nintendo rushed

I play AC early mornings, so the Early Bird ordinance is the one perfect for my play style. Sometimes I'm too tired to play at night.

I ended up choosing Bell Boom. The Beautiful ordinance is functionally useless in my opinion, and the other two aren't all that useful to me as they only change things by a single hour. Bell Boom ended up being the only one that made a significant enough of a difference to be worth using, and even that has drawbacks with some of the super expensive items in the shop.

I can't play in the morning due to my line of work. I get up when it is still dark out for hours. I work long hours and often have a packed schedule, so night owl helps as when I used to get on everything was closed or everyone almost asleep. This gives me a bit of wiggle room.

I usually play at night so I use Night Owl, but like others have said I wish it was more than just an hour’s difference

I‘m at work all day and can’t get to the game until late, so the shops staying open is great!

There were some times when I wasn’t able to get to Abel’s for days!

i think i have night owl active at the moment, but it could be early bird. i like the late night and early morning feel of the game better than midday so i have one of those active so i can still sell items at that time

I use Night Owl because I work in the daytime, but like what everyone else have said, it's not as great as New Leaf so it doesn't really help much.
Seems that nintendo needs to fix all the ordinances

It's strange, in New Leaf the Early Bird/Night Owl ordinances seemed dumb to me. Now it's the reverse for me in New Horizons. Beautiful ordinance sounds like a flowery nightmare and I have no need for Bell Boom ordinance. So right now I've gone with Night Owl!

I'm an early bird, but I sort of love that Agnes refuses to get out of bed until 10 am? I wouldn't really want to change that, because it's part of her personality! I don't use the early bird or night owl ordinances because of that.

I don't use the beautiful island ordinance because I don't (currently) box my flowers in, and so they already grow out of control! I've been considering trapping my flowers though so I can use this ordinance! I don't think I'd benefit much from the bell boom ordinance either, so at the moment I'm not using any ordinance!

It's the Bell Boom Ordinance for me. It comes in handy when selling pumpkins for twice the normal price as well gold nuggets if I have a hoard of them in my storage that I have no use for.

I have been using bell boom since the ordinance came out but I am thinking of changing it to night owl for a while only cause I have been working till late so when I come home to play all the shops are closed. I know I can just tt to the morning but I rather just load into the game and play when it matches my sky.

I currently use the Beautiful Town ordinance. Like others have said, it's not as good as it was in NL. I like that flowers grow a lot more, but I really wish it got rid of the weeds. Thinking of switching to Night Owl since most of the time I play in the evening.

I use the Nigh Owl ordinance because I usually only have time to play in the evenings, so it just makes things easier.

Beautiful Island because I lazily want to cover my island for a good rock placement.

I definitely won't regret this.

Same as many others here, since Beautiful didn't really make sense for NH (and my work starts/ends late) I went with night owl.

I used Beautiful Island thinking it would help with growing weed, but it still grows I didn't need to grow more flower so it doesn't really make sense... While Bell Boom at least gives me more money since I sell items every day like shells and bees. But I miss buying the tools which now aren't cheap enough, it feels like I spend all the time crafting instead of playing
