This amazing villager
I cant believe I've been sleeping on him
I've not seen people talk about him, and very very rarely have I seen him on dreams.
But he's just so cool. He's a alligator who is a jester, lives in the middle of the countryside, has the catchphrase munchie, looks silly hungry and lazy, but he's a jock.
Nothing about him makes sense!!!
And thats why he's so awesome.

I recently got Boots in a villager hunt. Was not intending to keep him but I had to invite him because I could not continue my hunt due to how later at night it was then.
I have him!! He is a sweetie!
I personally think my absolute favourites, Gladys and Cranston are never mentioned enough. i have seen Gladys in another town once, and Cranston in one dream. Like, no where near how much I expect..

Deirdre is one of my all time favorite villagers, I love everything about her from her design to her catchphrase. I think she's actually cute looking so I'm surprised more people don't like her? idk
Shes always seemed fairly popular to me
I've seen many hunts for her on YouTube and stuff
Only positive talk about her on here
The reason I took note is that I think she sucks lol
She looks like a literal deer in headlights

I'm surprised :0 I've never seen hunts for her and I have not been active here for a long while so maybe it went over my head, and yeah I can see why some may not like her it took me some time to warm up to her ^^
Scoot: He and Plucky were my starters when I began playing last year and I wasn't too sure of what to make of him at first. Let me tell you, that little green duck grew on me fast. I did actually let him go for a brief while, but that was so I could amiibo him back and give him his actual house. He's just great, okay?
Elvis: I just really like how he looks and his house is awesome. He has the feel an old warrior, with that scar on his face. You could sit down and he'd tell you stories of the many battles of old he took part in. Okay, I'm starting to ramble now...
Tiffany: A lot of people don't seem to care for her, but she seriously gives me Las Vegas vibes (my old home town) and I had to take her in on that alone. Also, I think the outside of her house is pretty (the dark exterior suits her). She's another one that grew on me quickly.

Ooh, the first few that come to my head are Jeremiah, Boots, Cally and Hamphery.
I feel like those four babies are rarely mentioned, and if they are maybe I'm just blind.
Jeremiah- Absolutely adorable. The little squiggly smile and his design are just perfection. He's also a frog, so he gets bonus points for that, because I love the frogs.
Cally- I had Cally randomly auto-fill my plot back when I first started my second island, Peachy and I fell in love with her. Unfortunately I didn't keep her, because she wasn't on my dreamie list. But I made sure she went to a good home. Will 100% be bringing her back at some point though.
Boots- This alligator. If Alfonso wasn't my favourite, I feel like he would be. For some reason I love him so much. I had him in New Leaf for a long time, and we were like best friends. He wasn't a villager I was expecting to like, but I love him. I can look past his annoying jock personality because of how cute he is. He deserves more love.
Hamphery- A recent new favourite of mine who I feel like is never mentioned by others. I keep running into him whenever I island hop, and the temptation is always way too real. One day I will have this grumpy lil nugget on my island. He's precious.

As you've probably seen I adore him so much
But as I've said before I've only just seen him for what he is.
I thought he was cool before and wanted him one day but never did.
I'm currently cycling the villagers I like but will never keep so I can get their photos and have throw away villagers to gift for smile ilse.
Boots was meant to be one of these villagers.
He will never be gifted on a villagers request.
Or mine.
Hes staying for good.

Walt and Shep! I had Shep as a villager in nl but haven't been able to find him in nh,yet. Walt was my 10th villager and I have never been a fan of the kangaroos so I wasn't exactly thrilled to get him. But much to my surprise he has become a favorite of mine. I love his grumpy old man attitude, I find it adorable.
carmen and margie are, in my opinion, two of the most underrated villagers in the entire franchise. i’m definitely biased since they’re both favourites of mine lol, but they’re genuinely so wonderful and deserve way more love and recognition. i actually currently have them both on my island and highly recommend them; they’re great fun to have around! they’re also adorable as heck. :’)

People don’t appreciate my girl Greta, you’d think out of all the mouse villagers she’d be on the more popular side. But I guess people don’t like little geisha mice with cute old-style homes. :/ I admit when Greta was first moving to my island (I let a random take the spot) I didn’t really know who she was, but as soon as I saw her I knew she was a keeper. She’s one of my favorite snooties now.
People don’t really appreciate Bones either, he reminds me of one of those hyperactive dogs that make messes all the time that you still love anyway. It helps that him and Cookie (my number one fav) would hang out in the square together, and speak about one another when you spoke to either of them. They were like little besties. He’s just really adorable, and other lazies get put miles ahead of him.
