Who is your favourite villager that didn't make an appearance in NL?

Hello all, throughout all the versions of Animal Crossing we have gotten to know and love many villagers. Many of those have been all throughout the series but some haven't. My question for you is: Which villager do you love/wish that had been in NL do you miss from older versions of Animal Crossing? Let me know who and why in the comments and if you think that they might have an appearance in Horizons. What new villagers may we see in the switch AC? Let me know all of your thoughts in your replies!

I really liked Sven. I remember having him in my original Animal Crossing town. Iggy looks cool, too.

although i never played animal forest e+, i found myself really liking villagers Meow and Bow. they look sooo cute!

Meow and Bow. It such a shame that they never made it into another AC game. They are so unique on their own, they could have even add more villagers which could be like them. It's also sad that Pierre is not in more AC games. Since he kinda looks like a mime, he would have fit pretty well to Pietro.

Also a few mentioned them above, but I also really like Meow and Pierre. I wish at least the former would come back.

Sven is awesome. I really hope they bring him back for New Horizons. Another villager I like is Sue. E. She's one sassy pig!

Oh, Sue E. was in one of my Gamecube towns. She lived right next to my house. I enjoyed having her there.

There are quite a few that I would have liked to have seen return, including:

Bow
Madam Rosa
Meow
Pierre
Pigleg
Quetzal
Rio
Sue E.
Woolio

The ones I'd most want and am most disappointed with their absence would be Aziz, Bow, Meow, Pierre, and Quetzal. I like the Lion villagers and Aziz's blue hair stands out. Bow and Meow would be nice to have since we don't have any villagers that are sort of technology related outside of Ribbot and Sprocket, who are two of my favorite villagers. I'd want Pierre because I like Pietro and Marcel and it would be nice to have another clown villager (and yes, I know Marcel is more of a mime). Meanwhile, I always liked Quetzal's design back in the day but never had him in my GameCube town, so it would have been nice if he would return so I could experience him.

As for the others, I like unique designs and Pigleg's pirate-inspired design and naming scheme is fun. Madam Rosa and Sue E. I kind of just want moreso because of their names, though I do like Sue E. on her own as well. Not much to say about Rio and Woolio, though it would be good if they returned together if they ever come back since they seem to match with their little face paint stars.

As much as I'd love to see Meow and Bow make a comeback, I don't think they will. If I'm not mistaken, they were promotional villagers for a Japanese toy, not unlike the Sanrio villagers... So there might be licensing issues with bringing them back, especially for an international audience. It's a shame too, because they're adorable!

Anyway, I really would love to see Belle make a comeback. I've always wanted to do a farm town - that's the type of town I'm working on right now, in fact - and as much as I love Tipper, I think Belle is a lot cuter.

Champ. I know it would be confusing to have him around if Porter was in New Horizons, but I still miss him. (Plus, Nana got to stay, and she?s basically a female Champ.)

I'd say Faith? even though she was technically replaced by Melba I really liked her design and how cute she looked! I hope she'll come back

Definitely Pierre. Their design was really cute and original! I love the clown theme. I would have loved to move them in beside Pietro :')
