Who's Not Going to Watch the Super Bowl?

I kinda just forgot about it. I'm not really into sports but one day I'd like to try throwing a Super Bowl party just for the experience. Mostly the experience of nachos and buffalo wings, but y'know.

I did NOT. Need to see that much of either J-lo or Shakira

I only watch it for the commercials, but lately I haven't watch them.
If the game is on I just go away from the TV.

I don?t understand football. What is a quarterback? The only sport i understand even a little is baseball cause my brother plays it.

I didn't watch it because it was my birthday and I was hanging out with friends.

The only sport I'm into (and I'm only somewhat into it) is rugby union, which unfortunately isn't very popular here in the US...

I'm not and never going to. I never know when it even is. Like, is it soon? lol Who knows and who cares tbh.

I don't generally bother to keep up with sports because they don't interest me much, but I sometimes make exceptions and check out the final game(s) because why not. I decided to do so this year; the decision being in no small part influenced by the fact that the Patriots didn't make it out of the playoffs, thus making the teams that made it to the Super Bowl more appealing to watch. It was pretty good.

Ay! ✋

I never understood the enjoyment of watching other people play sports - even less when the fans get overly emotional when "their" team wins or losses and they say things like "We won!" (No, dear, you didn't; they won.)
Some fans even riot on the streets, vandalizing and destroying property just because their precious team lost. I don't get it.

Anyway, I never bothered watching any super bowl, and that won't change anytime soon. About the only sport I might have some interest in watching is tennis. I tried watching soccer when they were in the world cups, but I never understood the appeal of it either.

I personally got into watching rugby because I got appealed to the constant action and the fact that a ruck can form to get the ball, so the constant action is what holds my attention. I still upvoted you, though, because that was definitely me before I began watching rugby in the first place (Which wasn't until this past August!), and I'm still that way about practically every other sport.

i’ve never watched the super bowl and this year was no different lol

I know the title says Super Bowl and literally passed a week ago, but I'm not interested in watching some sports such as hockey and ESPECIALLY soccer (or football somewhere else, Idk).

I do watch F1 though even though it can be boring sometimes with one team dominating the sport. I'm looking at you Mercedes. While it can have boring races, there are absolutely ones that are entertaining to watch. The 2019 German Grand Prix is probably the best race for that year for being so dramatic with weather playing a part of it. Anyways, I'm just rambling on. Other than F1, I used to watch baseball, but I sorta lost interest in the last couple of years. ]
