Pokémon Why a new Mystery Dungeon game?!

Ok, the theories say a new Unova? Pok?mon Z? And the theories go on. Then we take a look on the tv... SUPER POKEMON MYSTERY DUNGEON?! WHY? We have Pokemon Rumble, Super Rumble, Explorers of sky, darkness, time and probably more! What's the point? I suppose it keeps us on our toes waiting but honestly, we need no more mystery dungeon games!

We barely have any Mystery Dungeon games though, in comparison to other Pok?mon games.
And this one was incredible necessary, the first 3D Mystery Dungeon got oh so many things wrong and I only played the demo.
I've put a lot of faith into Super Mystery Dungeon, and I'll get the game this weekend so I can't judge yet, but seeing as we're already back to multiple starters from different gens they seem to have improved.

The things I'd do for a Ranger game on the 3DS...

Anyway, the Mystery Dungeon series is fun. The style of games has a long history in Japan, dating back to 1993, and the Pokemon line has also been successful. Gates to Infinity was a big letdown for a lot of fans of the series, and Super Mystery Dungeon seems to be the redeemer, at least from what I've heard.

I'm wondering how you didn't know about this game before though. It's already been out in Japan since September and the US since November, you must've heard people talking about it somewhere.

(Also Pokemon Rumble is not Mystery Dungeon.)

Pokemon mystery dungeons is very popular, and they need to add mega evolution and Kalos pokemon to it. :3

I'm happy they made another Mystery Dungeon game. Rumble is a weak spin off and same goes for Art Academy or even Shuffle.

After playing SMD, I feel kinda silly crying over any of the other entries in the series because holy freaking crap, SMD killed me.

But the stories are good and I love playing AS a Pok?mon instead of being in charge of a Fight Club.

Well...is this your first experience with a PMD game? Be prepared for a bit of a shock...

But don't worry; like all other entries in the franchise it all works out in the end.

It is my first time playing a Mystery Dungeon title, and I'm absolutely loving it. Running around as Squirtle, Fennekin and Raichu is so fun xD

Except PMD is a great series imo. SMD really hit the spot(especially after Gates to Infinity, that one was sort of... ehhh)
