Why can't you earn TBT for posting in the Bulletin Board forum

I know you can't in the basement, the cellar, or the introduction board, as well as the TBT Marketplace. However, why is TBT earning disabled on the Bulletin Board forum?

Maybe it's like a blog. You can't earn TBT by commenting on blog entries, as the Bulletin Board is like a blog in forum form rather than in blog form. That could be possible.

It could also be like the shop/collectibles/restocks discussion thread. I mean, it is a regular discussion, but after seeing spam come in too fast, I can see why we don't earn TBT by posting on that thread. The Bulletin Board may be like that too.

The restock discussion thread is in the TBT Marketplace, that's why you don't earn TBT posting in there.

I also found some irony here. When you create a thread in the Re-Tail or the Villager Trading Plaza, you can't earn TBT for thread creation, but you can earn if you simply post replies. But if you create a thread in the Basement, you can earn TBT for thread creation. You just can't earn if you post replies.

Sorry if this is irrelevant to the Bulletin Board, but I still don't see it in the FAQ on why you can't earn TBT there (Bulletin Board).

It's just an announcement board. I'm sorry but literally who cares if you can or cannot earn bells in a board that most of the time lays empty since it's just active when announcements are made.

Because the bulletin board is just a place for announcements, members don't get bells there. Most posts in reply to an announcement are along the lines of "Oh how cool" or "Oh this sucks" so not really post quality worthy and so we don't pay out bells for them.
