Why my sisters Holly bushes are completely covered and mine aren't? Solved

so we are on the same date dec 11th so my sisters island holly bushes are covered and mine aren't? does anyone know why?

Maybe it's a glitch? Did you turn your game off and back on to see if anything changed?

That's weird. Maybe it is a glitch.
If you time travel, maybe move forward a few days and see if it changes. Maybe it is not the same for everyone? but it seems to be.
Hopefully the next time you open your game, yours will be covered.

I loved holly until the snow ruined it.

The red looks hideous, not like holly berries before the snow got to them.

It makes me want to remove them all, but then my island would be bare.

Unless I'm mistaken (it was a long time ago) I have a memory of seeing someone with holly bushes completely covered in snow, as in with no berries showing through. Mine have the snow and the berries showing through. Is that what you're talking about? Could there there variants of holly bushes or something?

so my sisters berries are starting to show now, I think the snow she had last week was heavy snow, like a big snow storm
