Wi-fi Rating trouble [Got feedbacks]

Sorry for the bother, but after a meeting with someone here, the said person told me that it wasn't possible to wi-fi rate me. I haven't actually done much of those meetings (like, not at all almost), but one of them was apparently able to do it, and for others, I don't know if they tried or not.
As I suppose that I just can't try to do it myself (not able/no right to rate itself, it's logical), I was wondering if there's really not the possibility to rate me ? If so then I would eventually like to know what to do to fix it, please, as it is something that counts for credibility and trustworth when selling/buying/trading. If not, then we will do as if this message has never existed o/
I don't think I did something wrong in my settings or anything else.

It seems someone has wi-fi rated you once, and I am able to access the button where it says 'submit feedback for Sumia'.
So that person was either lying to be annoying or just couldn't be bothered to rate you and decided to lie.

Aa - I don't want to discredit this person, it seems like she/he did several trades/help many people here, me among them, and got many exclusively good rates (for what it means of course), which it's why I'm sure it was an unfortunate error, for the worst.

Maybe not. Maybe they could indeed not give feedback. That happened to me a few months ago and that person wasn't lying or anything. They said there was one other person they couldn't leave feedback for either. Maybe it's a glitch or something (not that one that happens often, but like I said; that person wasn't lying, so it seems that it was indeed not possible for them to leave feedback for me).

On some players I have had to click on 'activity' or 'about me' first and then the wi-fi rating feedback appears

It's not a glitch, if it's the same person and they are giving you a positive rating for the same thing (ex: You were the Visitor/Host/Trader) I don't believe it will count twice, not does it count twice for the same negative. I once tried to give a friend a positive rating after wifing but since I had already done so once before, I couldn't do it again unless it was under a different "You were the..." Does that make sense?

It makes sense, though this person was going to rate for the first time ^^;

Yes, that makes perfect sense. But mine wasn't a case of it being the same person, since she had never given me a rating before. But, like I said; that was a few months ago and as far as I know, that person is no longer active on TBT. Other people have been able to give me feedback, though, so I had kinda forgotten about it. It was only because of the comment that the person Sumia had traded with might have been lying that I remembered the same thing had happened to me once. That's all.
