I'm really excited by all the clothes in New Horizons, especially after the latest gameplay footage, so I think I'll be trying a lot of different outfits - at least to start with.
In New Leaf I made an in-game version of my favourite real life outfit and my character wore that a lot of the time. So I'll probably bring that into ACNH. It would be great to be able to switch between that and other outfits using the wand though, if that's how it works.
I usually leave the same outfit on for months, but that was also because clothing was limited...there seems to be so much in this game that once I have a lot of clothes I will probably change quite often
i used to change my clothes a lot, but stopped because i had seen a lot of the clothing before and storing clothes i liked was annoying. i did buy the clothes i saw for catalog purposes though.
i'm very happy about the system they seem to have implemented in new horizons. it looks like it'll keep things fresh. plus there are so many more new clothes items out there that i feel like i HAVE to try them on.
Yeah! With better storage options and having so much avilable it seems easier than ever to actually have a wardrobe for your character! I'm really looking forward to it!
Yes, yes, absolutely yes. The main reasons I play Animal Crossing is for dressing up and decorating. I usually change outfits monthly, but I will likely be doing changes for holidays a week in advance as well.
i have always changed my clothes often until i have found an outfit i really like that i settle for. i will probably experiment with different outfits a lot, especially in the beginning, since there are so many different options to choose from
in past games i never really changed my outfit because there wasn't much variation in clothes. like if you had x tee shirt in red, it only came in red. but that's now different in new horizons, and the many clothes we were shown looked so much better than in new leaf so i'd like to change my clothes more often. maybe i'll try making two outfits per season and then one outfit for specifically precipitation or other weather types (rain coat, heavy coat, shorts and a tank top for a potential heatwave, etc.).
I usually have maybe 2 or 3 main outfits; one for spring/summer, one for autumn and one for winter. I then tend to try out diff end clothes and looks as and when I find new clothes I like.
Heck yeah!! Too many options not too. I may choose a specific look to have her drawn in (in case I commission art from someone) but other than that, I'm going to be trying out so many new looks!
I have always loved collecting clothing and change it frequently. At least 3 times per a week. New Horizons looks to have a metric boatload of new clothing so I can see myself being very poor in the Bells department but rich in the outfit department and changing every day, LOL.
I've never dressed based on activity but I have based on weather, but this time around with cute outfits for fishing and bug catching I may just change for those long bell-farming sessions.
