For me, I'll be getting the Japanese version first, Before getting the English Version later on.
What about you?Since the game releases in English on September 25th, can you wait?

I'm going to wait, I don't feel like investing in a new Japanese 3ds and game. I'm about to get a new 3ds xl for my birthday so I can wait the extra couple days for the game :)

I'm definitely waiting. I know there are ways to play the Japanese version on other 3DS models (that's a whole new story that I shouldn't get into), but the game comes out next month for NA, I can definitely wait since the wait for New Leaf was dreadful month-by-month.

Waiting. Not too far off now until the English version is released in the US.

Already got the Japanese version, and I'll be getting the US version since that comes out a week earlier than here in the UK :)

Since I only know a few (so very useful) Japanese words, like bread, strawberry, slipper and boyfriend, and since I don't have an appropriate regional DS, I'm going to wait until the NA release.

I'm definitely going to wait. It's just one month. I can handle that.
I do not feel it's worth it to buy a whole new Japanese 3DS over. Plus, I cannot read Japanese.

I'm not rich and don't have a steady income where I can afford to be a Japanese 3ds and Japanese games (nor can I read it, even though I did take Japanese for one semester). September isn't even that far off (it's just one month), so, I'll wait for it to be released here.

I'm waiting. I currently only have an English 3DS XL and am not willing to pay 300ish just to get a game early. I'll be pre ordering it later this month however.

through my impatience I bought some Japanese amiibo cards. I figured waiting to open those will hold me over until the NA release.

I'm perfectly capable of waiting. This isn't a game I'm desperate to play.

It comes out in a little more than a month. Plus I have NL and a few games coming in in between the wait times. I'm fine with waiting. I also don't have a Japanese 3DS nor do I understand Japanese so that's other big part of it.

I'm going to wait for the English game to come out. It's not that long of a wait so I don't mind at all. Besides I don't want to get the Japanese game becaus the words are all written in Japanese so I won't be able to read any of it. I don't want to get two games of the same thing anyways because that seems like a waste of money to me.

I am absolutely bad at being patient, so I am seriously considering buying a japanese N3ds and this game [I've had my eyes on a japanese N3ds since NoA decided not to bring the normal model anyways], and I know some basic japanese [and this game is perfect for practicing what with the furiganas]

If I can't get the game before september, I'll just wait for the english version.
and I'll probably get the english version later, because there's never enough animal crossing...

If I get it raw, I have to spend over 300 bucks for a japanese 3DS and a copy of the game soooo, no.

I'll get it when it comes out here in America.

Even if I currently own 3 Japanese 3DS models for some reason, I've been debating for quite some time whether or not I should import Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer. After seeing the game's scope few days after it was released, this is no longer the kind of the game I'm looking to play, especially when I've got better games to play due of neglecting my rather large gaming backlog. The premise got me interested, but it doesn't seem much special for me unlike many of my games.

The least I would consider getting AC:HHD is whenever I had nothing better to play than that, which means it's pretty much safe to say it's highly unlikely that I'll ever get this game, at least for quite some time.
So, I'm definitely going to wait for a long time, if not at all.
