Would the DS Headset...

Possibly work with the computer? And PC headsets work with the DS?
I have heard much on this, but I wanna know.

Ok.
Because I was thinking about those times when companies like Madcatz and some others make spin-off controllers and stuff and I was thinking about that.

The DS only has one plug, most headsets have 2 cords. You'd be able to use the headphones part of a headset on the DS but not the mic because the DS has only one plug. Meaning on the DS Headset the mic and sound are put in one cord instead of two like on many headsets.
