After a TON of grinding I FINALLY pulled Roccia's weapon, and boy is it amazing. Didn't know this thing has Crit Rate as its sub either. : O
Her stats in general looking pretty great now. I may try to add a bit more Crit Dmg, but for now I'm satisfied with this.
