Ever since I started playing Breath of the Wild in 2019, I would celebrate each March 3rd for both the game and the console. But for some ungodly reason I forgot about it this time. (I blame March Break for causing me to lose track of time.) But it's not too late! We can still talk about our experiences with the game and/or console.

The Switch is definitely one of Nintendo's best-selling console, and for good reason. You can play it on the TV, and it's portable at the same time! It hosts some of its best games (Breath of the Wild, New Horizons, Super Mario Odyssey, etc.) Of course, not everything about the Switch is great, Because, you know... The dreaded Joy-Con Drift.

Breath of the Wild... While it only ranks as my third-favorite Zelda game (not bad actually), it's still a great game. It was my first Zelda game and I have many fond memories of it. The game is beautiful, with the graphics and music and story. The open-world theme is such a breath of the wild fresh air, a nice break from the more linear + traditional Zelda games.

So what do you think about Breath of the Wild and the Switch? I'd love to hear about it! :]

I also started playing BotW in 2019. Since I had very little prior exposure to the Zelda series beforehand, I didn't really care about how much it deviated from the series' tradition. I was just concerned with experiencing as much as I could in the game. For the most part, the game provided just what I needed. I don't play nearly as much as I used to, but whenever I decide to do long play sessions, I'll be ready for the sequel, and see how much it improves from its predecessor.

I love botw and I'm really excited for botw2 whenever that's coming out. I'm pretty sure it's my favorite Zelda game but don't tell ocarina of time that.😔
As for the switch I really like it too but disappointed to say the least about joycon drift🙄 My ps2 controllers work better than my $50 pro controller sometimes.
