Your Favorite Cranky Villager?

Wolfgang, Apollo, and Monty. Wolfgang is my current cranky and is a tribute to my husband, whose nickname is wolf. I also just really like Apollo. Monty was my first cranky, so I have a bit of fondness/nostalgia towards him. I'd like to get him back one day I think.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned him yet but Gaston is a great cranky. Bruce was also on my island for many months and I grew quite fond of him and his design. Gaston takes the number one spot though.

Of the ones I have met, I really like Vic and Apollo.

Ones I have interest in meeting are:
Avery, Buzz, Chief, Croque, Curt, Cyrano, Del, Fang, Gaston, Gonzo, Hamphrey, Hopper, Ike, Lobo, Octavian, Peewee, Rocco, Rooney, Spike, Static, and Wart Jr.

For an Alice in Wonderland theme, I wonder if Knox would be good for that.

That would be Vladimir and Grizzly. I had them in my New Leaf game. I do have Hopper in my town, and he's easily my favorite villager.

peewee. I don't like most of the gorilla's design, but he's in my WW town so I have a soft spot for him.

Wolfgang is my first and current cranky. I got lucky visit from him in my campsite, and we've been neighbours ever since. I do love Fang as well, but I'm really enjoying Wolfgang; there's just something oddly nostalgic about him, even though I've never had him before.

Also he's given me four art pieces and they've all been real. If that doesn't make him a gem, I don't know what does.

Fang is my pick! I love both his design and his house :> I feel like he'd match an Alice in wonderland themed island as well tbh.

I like Octavian couldn’t tell you why it was love at first sight. Spike has grown on me a lot after drawing him I like the gold and the blue rings around his horns. I also need him to keep Renee company because they’re friends.

Wolfgang is my favorite, even though I don't have him. I like his blue color and his name is cool. My island currently falls under nothing. I don't know which cranky would fit for Alice and Wonderland.

I know it's kinda typical, but I quite like Octavian, but if not him then defenitly Apollo! I dont currently have a village theme per say, but I'd like to develop it into either cottagecore, or maybe fairycore.

Bonus Question: probably Kabuki, I just feel like hed fit pretty well in wonderland with all the patterns on his face.

On my island so far I've had Buzz, Apollo, and I currently have Hoppper, all of which I highly recommend with flying colors.
I think they all fit the cranky archetype really well, but do so in different/unique ways (Apollo is a classy or jazzy kind of old-timer, Buzz is def the "get off my lawn" type, and Hopper is about to summon demons with those red eyes while still managing to be somehow cute and wholesome at the same time!)

My favourite is Murphy~ I love his green colour and I think his personality fits his design a lot. He lives in a log cabin so I have him off tucked away in the woods where he can be grumpy in his little forest haha.

My island doesn't have a theme, I just picked villagers that I liked and tried not to get too many of the same colour (my original selection had 8 brown villagers).

Kabuki is the only cranky i've ever had on my island. He's an old grump who is always telling me not to step on his stuff, but he just can't resist a bit of karaoke!

Oh sweet, I missed him too! I got Pinky because she's a Panda, thought she was the only one, she's my favourite resident on my island
