Your favorite villager that others may not be fond of.

For me it's Katt. I just love her.
Hazel is currently in my town and she's also growing on me though I'll probably replace her with Katt eventually as I don't see the need for 2 Uchis.

I recently discovered Norma the Normal cow. She's pink and has two braids at the back of her head.
All this time I wanted Merengue to be on my Island as she was my starter in New Leaf and I love her strawberry horn but I'm growing to love Norma and might actually keep her.

Today I encountered Boyd the gorilla and invited him from one of the island trips.I also wasn't very familiar with him since he's a Welcome Amiibo addition just like Norma).
My first instinct was to run for the hills but then I noticed his naked butt and was sold.
He's cranky and reminds me a lot of Donkey Kong so I had to get him. He might be staying permanently too.

My other favorites include Merry the peppy cat, Olivia the snooty cat and Benjamin the jock dog (pug) - because pugs are my favorite breed of dog.

Do you have any favorite villagers that some might not like or even deem ugly?

I actually need Tipper. My island is called Tippervale - named after one of my cats, Tipper.
The names are a pure coincidence since I had no idea that the character Tipper existed before naming my cat plus my cat is a boy... but still. I need Tipper bad.

Antonio and Phil.

Antonio is just the cutest anteater and one of the only jocks I didn't find annoying. Phil is just so snarky and I love him

Ever since she moved into my town in NL, Rocket has been one of my favourite uchi villagers. And yet she's probably the least popular of the superhero villagers, since gorillas in general aren't really that popular.

I also really like Hazel, even though some think she's ugly because of her unibrow.

Another villager who I like but seems to get a lot of hate is Pietro. I've never had him before, but I really like how colourful he is!

Katt is my favorite. :3
Originally, I came across her when I was running a cycling town/thread on another forum. I cycled her out since no one wanted her but, by then, it was sentimental enough that I got her back to keep in my main town. She was the first I moved back in for New Horizon.

I don't have Hans in my town and probably won't but I do like him. I'm not really a fan of smugs; at least I wasn't in New Leaf but his Yeti design compensates for it.

I love all the sheep. Curlos though was pretty adorable and underrated.

Katt and I share a birthday, so I have a soft spot for her.


Ribbot is my second favorite villager after Kiki and he's probably only average. I love that guy so much.

Oh, I'd like to add Hopper as well. As far as crankies and penguins go, I think he's a fun design and I have a lot of fond memories of him in my towns from precious games. For some reason I always end up with him in my town (I'm not actively scouting him out), so I imagine it's only a matter of time before I end up with him again.

maelle is probably my favorite though because i love how she waddles around

Frita is my all time favorite, but I never see anyone talk about her. I'm hoping to eventually have her on my island. I miss my little french fry sheep

I'm extremely protective of Pietro. He's one of the cutest villagers and I can't understand why people hate him so much!!
