I also don't like pears for design, while I don't like oranges just because in real life I don't like them (that is, orange juice is good, but real orange is not HAHA). I love other designs, the beauty of fruit is that it is made of many different shapes and colors!
(by the way I have never even tasted durian, lychee and mango in real life, but they look tempting)
Pears! I just don’t really like the way they look. (For ACNH)
For pocket camp, I don’t really like lychees. Again, I just don’t like how they look. I’m unfortunate enough that they’re my native on the game so I see them frequently lol.
My least favorite of the basic starting fruits would have to be the Pear. It's the least appealing looking of the group, and even though the Perfect Pear has an improved golden appearance, it's still not great. I also just don't think I like the taste of pears in real life, so that doesn't help it any.
My least favorite of the other fruits would have to be the Persimmon. I've never tried one, but they look like tomatoes, and I really don't like tomatoes unless they've been converted into ketchup or tomato sauce, and even with tomato sauce I hate the little chunks of tomato in it. I realize that this is unfair to the persimmons since, hey, if I try one in real life I might actually like them. Until such a day should come, though, their appearance is just unpleasant to me.
Going with one of the regular fruits and one of the tropical fruits. For the regular fruits I dislike oranges the most because I don’t really like them IRL (except for mandarin oranges-those are good). I don’t think any of the tropical fruits are terrible BUT when I finally tasted lychees IRL it was really gross (I am lucky enough NOT to be in the vicinity of a durian).
