Your opinion of hacking (via Action Replay, or other means)

Hacking online is a no-no for me, since it'll ruin the fun for everyone else. Besides, a score/kill-death ratio is just a number. It means nothing to me.

Hacking offline though, for S&G's, I have no problem with, since you're not affecting anyone online.

I'm in-between when it comes to piracy though.

It's stealing. You're playing a game you never intend to pay for.

How can I? If I downloaded GoldenEye 007, I'm not supporting devs. If I buy it used, I'm not supporting them either, since the money will go the guy selling it. I can't just phone up Nintendo and ask if they have a copy of GoldenEye 007 lying around that I can buy.

Not if the copyright is up. I believe after the copyright is up it goes to whoever owns the game that was endorsed now. Like James bond is currently being produced by square. My copyright memory is fuzzy though.

i got no problem w them actually i already am one i geusse i got the ar for al systems (exept ps3,ps2,etc).basicly all nintendo products and i want to be an actual hacker for da wii but wiis to much updated-sigh

I have no problem with it really. It doesn't affect me in any way and if they want to cheat the game, so be it.

I personally like to play the game normally unless it's TS3.

Action Replay isn't what "hackers" use. Now if you believe that then you are a complete dumb ass. And also, the Wii isn't constantly updated. I believe it took a year for Nintendo to block the Homebrew on ver. 4.3. But we got back on using HackMii Installer 0.7

a note on texture hacks: if you're making hitboxes more visible in multiplayer games, or making items/objectives stand out, I call hax. but eh, not as big as aimbot, etc
