Trust me, Try battling level 9s with and then without items, when you see with items its MUCH harder you can see why TRUE pros use items.

Items take MORE concentration, MORE skill and MORE Attention to the game, no items purely relies on battle skill. Which isnt that hard to gain.
PLUS if you care to relise, i've had better kills on you when weapons are off, with them on you actually manage to beat me, although its been only a handfull of times.

You need the knowledge to know how to use the weapon, then how to utilise the weapon to beat your oppenant. Do you know most of the Brawl Ball attacks Require MORE skill than battling alone (Actual comment by the games developer). Every time we have this DAMN arguement i always beat you Josh. A game with items is very easy, Without items its hard as you have to use your own players moves instead of using items power.

Again yes, the hammer DOES require skill, every
DECENT player knows you got to try not to jump off the each and try to use the golden hammers skill of levitation which is VERY hard to work. Plus if you get a dud you can use it against your oppenant.
Your using the lies people spread btw, its just stupidity which people spread to make n00bs feel like they're pros. Everytime we've fought i've TOTALLY destroyed you, items or not, and okay given i've lost a few times.
