No I mean I had the game before but I lost the cartridge. This is a completely new cartridge I am playing on.

Dude if I'm being ignorant to the rules then hundreds of others must be ignorant to them too. I highly doubt that's the case.
Okay so some people also ignored the rules. A little advice you shouldn't break the rules just because a few others did. The majority of the people entering have only entered once every "60" minutes.
Though I'll stop now since you seem to believe you are doing it correctly.
No it does not dude. Have you seen anyone else entering once every few minutes? (I believe the answer is no).
Umm I didn't try to make you look bad. Though I've seen no one else do what you've been doing. It said once per hour. Not one in every hour. (Example 8:20 entry you need to make till 9:20 not 9:05 or Any earlier than 9:20 understand?)
I think you just were a little misguided so I apologize if I made you look bad. Just try to be careful with posting before a full hour has passed. Thanks.
