I don't get spots thankfully, the only time that I will is when I am feeling very stressed out. I remember during exam period I had a really sore spot on my chin and it just would NOT disappear which in turn made me more stressed out because it was so annoying.
One of my friends used to get really bad spots and acne because she ate so much junk food, and even now she does. She can eat a load of junk food, not put on a pound, but the consequences end up showing on her face. Me though? It's the other way round. I can't get away with eating junk food every single day, I will put on weight, but it won't affect me in terms of acne and spots.
