Hello everyone, I hope you can take a moment and read my post here.

31 years ago, many student activists were killed by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), on June 4, 1989. Have you heard of the story of the #tankman or the #TiananmenMassacre? Even up until today, CCP denied that they killed students who were standing up for democracy, free speech, and free press.

This is a breach of justice and suppression with overpowering violence and fear tactics. Today, the same thing is happening to Hong Kong citizens. The CCP is going to pass a new law known as the "National Security Law", which is much worse than the China Extradition law that they withdraw last year. Since the start of the Hong Kong Protest last year in June 2019, thousands have been arrested and many people have became "missing." There were also suspicious deaths and corpses that were ruled as "non-suspicious suicide" with no further investigations from the HK police force. Countless cases of police brutality were unaccounted for, and certain police officers even got promoted after acts of brutality.

I am not sure if any of you are aware, but Animal Crossing New Horizons is currently banned in China, precisely because of the freedom this game allows. During the pandemic, HongKong-ers halted their democratic protest and stayed home for the interest of public health. Many turned to ACNH to continue "protesting" and to share with the world about our fight for democracy. This is the kind of freedom of expression that the CCP wants to suppress.

Over the past week, I have worn the 6 (June) dress with the yellow umbrella and visited various islands. A few people asked about my dress and I had the grateful opportunity to share about its origin. I also received a few positive PMs from the lovely fellow gamers in another group were aware of the Hong Kong Protest and the Tiananmen Massacre. You all have no idea how powerful and meaningful your words of encouragements were to me.

Below I am sharing a few designs by Hong Kong gamers about the Tiananmen Massacre. I hope that you can check out these beautiful designs, wear them, or hang them in your island to help us raise awareness about what CCP wanted to hide. I also would like to thank the two lovely European ladies here in this forum who agreed to take these beautiful photos with me after I shared about the Tiananmen Massacre. This is what I love about this game - there are no borders between us.

Thank you for reading and thank you for supporting our fight for democracy. If I may have your permission, I would like to share some of the comments here to HongKong-ers, to let them know that despite the future looks grim, the world has not given up on them.
