I was actually kinda shocked when the extras were restocked.... I thought I was gonna have to fight 100000000 other people for my pink feather, but I got it easily. Hopefully anyone who has any leftover tickets snags what they want before they're gone forever.

I think they're pretty much only refunding tickets if you had enough for a white feather, aren't they?

The raffle was just for people who had spare tickets / didn't have enough to buy anything else; just because you decided to buy another thing before the moon wand raffle was 'released' doesn't really mean you can get a refund ;-;
